Amazing place, great view and great amenities

We had a great stay at Austin's condo. It was very well equipped, including items to use at the beach! The private splash pool was so welcome at the end of a hot day. The unit was clean, the main bedroom bed super comfortable, and the A/C worked great. The resort itself was beautiful, staff were friendly & helpful & the beach was amazing. Short walk to local restaurants & stores All communication with Agustin was good & he responded very quickly. We would definitely stay at Austin's place again if we return to Huatulco again.

I really liked staying in this place, it's a little hiding to get to, but with Diego's instructions it was very easy for me to get to, also the arrival time was very flexible. The place was very comfortable to sleep, the proximity to the city center was the most incredible, as we were able to enjoy the city more✨

Impressive view from the Loft, spectacular day and night, super comfortable additional services, the location with Taxi or private car is close to the center and the docks, it has all the services to spend the days, kitchen, hot water, planca, AC, mosquito nets and parking. Highly recommended for the privacy of the surrounding area.

It is very quiet and the place is comfortable, you can move by taxi or public transport in the center of Oaxaca, I would definitely stay again.

If you are wondering where to stay for your visit to Huatulco this condo is in a great location. Restaurants, cafes, groceries, street markets, and a swimable beach are all within walking distance. It was perfect for two "young at heart" adults, it would not be good for children or people with mobility issues. There is no elevator to the third floor and the stairs within the condo are steep. The condo had everything we needed and the private deck and plunge pool were a highlight. The bed was very comfortable, although the pillows were a bit firm for my preference. The back balcony off the bedroom looks out onto the Parque Nacional so there were birds and deer and nature sounds to enjoy. The shared pool and upper patio had lovely plantings and shaded areas to sit. Property managers Adrián and Fluvio were very helpful, spoke fluent English and Mexican Spanish and were easy to reach. Fluvio met us to let us into the condo, gave us a tour and had helpful suggestions about the area.

Excellent place, I identify in photos. Comfortable and beautiful, common areas with the hotel very clean and nice. I recommend this airbnb if you want to spend a quiet vacation.

I had a great four weeks at Roci’s place. The space is beautiful and comfortable. Roci herself is a very hands-on host and was very helpful in my acclimation to Oaxaca. The internet in the apartment is strong and I was able to work without any glitches. The rooftop terrace is great, especially in the mornings and evenings. I also enjoyed getting to knowRoci and the other guests. I definitely recommend the place.

The apartment is very nice, first floor, which, if you go with suitcases you don't have to climb stairs, minimalist but with plenty of storage space, security in the subdivision and close to the tourist area. A place that makes you feel right at home.

Gated complex with a pool and a workout room. Also about two blocks away from our grocery store. Enjoy our time, was looking for two separate rooms and two separate bathrooms and this was a great layout and location! The house has a spacious kitchen and largely out. Would definitely recommend this place. We would take an Uber to the beach or the beaches we liked and it was only about $5 to $10.

Excellent apartment, clean, furnished and in a location where everything is really no more than 15 min I really felt at home, also Arturo is a great host. I highly recommend it

EVERYTHING WAS VERY GOOD, A QUIET, PLEASANT PLACE AND ABOVE ALL, A LOT OF PRIVACY. THE ONLY DETAIL WAS THAT THE PRIVATE POOL COULD NOT BE USED FOR ALMOST 2 DAYS FOR CLEANING. BUT WE STILL ENJOY IT.

The best thing about this place is that it has beach access, and the pools are ideal for children. The place is very nice, cozy and comfortable, it has everything you need to cook and spend time with the family. We came by car so we had no problem getting there and getting around. We had breakfast at another nearby residential complex that is a hotel and has a restaurant that offers delicious breakfasts, since the restaurant here was closed. The beach is small and quiet, perfect for children and adults

Excellent facilities, I would have loved to spend more time there, but we came to spend time on the beach then I feel that we did not take advantage of the property , however that does not demerit you how beautiful and comfortable it is, if the trip had been with another planning and the longer time it would have been more profitable for us. Take into account that you have to read the waste separation regulations and ask about electricity consumption.

The accommodation is as shown in the photos, it is well located in the center, only at night it does not feel safe to walk around. But I would definitely recommend

If you want to be transported 300 years ago and live the high life of old days - THIS is the place to book. It's old. It's elegant. It's exquisite. And very private - you get the beautiful house all to yourself! A truly colonial way of living with modern day amenities added for comfort. And as if this were not enough - you find a well stocked refrigerator (eggs, beer, wine, juice, milk), phenomenal Oaxacan coffee, small snacks, cereal, fully equipped kitchen and wood-fired grill... You cannot ask for more... We highly recommend Becky's place. We would like to return.

An absolute gem of a home in Oaxaca! Walking distance from all of the best restaurants and sites in Centro. A very spacious and beautifully designed home in a quiet neighborhood.

If you are looking for a comfortable and quiet place to spend a few days in Puerto Escondido, this is the best place. You are a few minutes from the shopping area and restaurants, but you can still enjoy the tranquility to rest at night. The pool is the best place to spend the afternoon and cool off a little. It is a beautiful space in the house, surrounded by vegetation and with a lot of light where you can sunbathe quietly. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, they have everything you need, the kitchen has everything you need to prepare breakfast and coffee! Which will make you start the day perfectly. I would definitely stay at Casa Maya again on my next visit to Puerto Escondido

The stay was amazing! Mariana and Alejandro resolved all the doubts that arose before and during the trip, all the instructions were very clear, the villa is amazing, I highly recommend it.

We loved staying at casa Sheela. The home is lovely. It’s spacious and perfect for a family of four. It’s well decorated and clean. We enjoyed the special outdoor spaces this home provided to take breaks during the day. As a host Eddie was very accommodating and an exceptional communicator. He reached out several times to us during our stay and responded very quickly to all our questions. The location was perfect to us. We wanted the convenience of being located at the center of Oaxaca so we could walk everywhere and we understood this meant more sounds and noise (music and cars) at night. It didn’t bother us that much and we all slept and rested well. We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again if we return to Oaxaca.
