U1 Weisser Turm in Richtung Messe und sind bequem zu Fuß erreichbar. Der Nbg. Hauptbahnhof ist cca. 7 Gehminuten entfernt. Alle Sehenswürdigkeiten, sowie Museen, Kirchen und das Opernhaus sind in der nächsten Nähe. Die Einkaufsmeilen sind nur 200m vom Haus entfernt. Das Haus verfügt über eigene abschließbaren Garagen.

Room 41 with a connecting door to 40 as a second room and 28 with a small children's room on request. Federspiel rooms in the garden house: room 25 (purple) and room 22 (turquoise).
