Our village belongs to the town of Spalt, which is 7 km away. The air-conditioned attic apartment in studio design is equipped with two double beds for max. 4 people from 18 years. There are direct hiking (including the Jakobsweg) and cycling trails from us. Shared use of the pool is possible at any time. A private terrace is available.

Shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Whether it's the trade fair, city center, Christmas market or train station. In a maximum of 20 minutes you will reach your destination by bus or S-Bahn. If you need relaxation, want to go for a walk or jog, you will find a lot of nature right at your doorstep.
