Monthly Rentals in Northern Township

Our stay at loon landing was fantastic! The house/cabin are quaint and the sunset views were just what we needed. Plenty of room for our group of 4. Everything in the kitchen works which we cooked in every night. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors we met were very nice. If you’re looking for party cove, please look elsewhere… for everyone’s sake. A nicely paved trail for walking/biking/skating sits just a block away and we used it everyday. The winds were strong during our stay so we weren’t able to use our rented pontoon much but it fit on the dock well. Would definitely stay again and we would even consider staying during the winter if it’s available.

We had a great stay here! It was super clean and was a quick drive to downtown where there was lots to do with kids, great restaurants, and fun shops!

Sachel was very communicative throughout our stay. Beautiful and very clean place! Would stay again.

This is a great pup friendly condo with amazing views, close to the Paul Bunyan State Bike/Walk trail to walk the dog. Plenty of space with a well stocked kitchen. The four-plex is situated away from the road, so very quiet with great views of the lake. Plenty of parking closeby. Bemidji had many great restaurants to try!
