Vacation rentals with a home theater in Northeast Region

The accommodation is exactly as shown in the photos. Very comfortable, well ventilated, a wonderful view of the sea. Everything was clean, new and working.

Apt and Top Building, very good. You can improve communication/clarifications about the surroundings, such as indicating a place for breakfast and lunch, bakery/snack bar. The receptionist helped, as well as Google Maps, there is a super good shop 2 minutes away, a great option.

There are many positive things about this apartment. It's really clean and well located. I wish we had extra towels and a set of linen for the sofa-bed, specially because we stayed for 10 days.

Great house, clean, very technological with solar panels, projector with good quality screen, drinking fountain, all kinds of pots and accessories, air conditioning in the living room that cools it down a lot, pool table, arcade, good space, great pool and barbecue area, the host responds and helps with everything, I highly recommend it and I will return more often 👏🏽

They gave excellent recommendations on what to do in Porto Seguro, we can get to know and enjoy an incredible day, even with rain, thanks to the PDF sent. Everything was impeccable! It was one of the only places I had and it was possible to fill a gallon of filtered water to drink. We were worn out from the trip and very disappointed due to the previous accommodation with other people, however, we were received by them so well, fragrant and air-conditioned environment, we felt a warm hug. Very good house in an excellent condominium with green area for walking and a quiet neighborhood. It is inside the Sauípe Complex, so you can access the village, where there is a playground for children and some restaurants and service shops.

We loved the stay! We were 7 adults and three children and we were accommodated very well. Very cozy apartment, everything is clean The condominium is AMAZING, we fell in love, a resort, right on the sand, the condominium is IMPECCABLY clean, a great location for those who like a private beach. The host always responded promptly.

What an incredible penthouse!!! We chose this penthouse to gather the family to celebrate my mother's 70th birthday and family reunion. There were 8 of us, and we were very well accommodated. The apartment is spacious and very cozy, very welcoming. We felt at home. Grace is an excellent host. Always available, 24/7. Everything went really well and we had no problems. I requested a late checkout on the last day and was promptly attended to. Everyone in the family loved it and on another occasion we will definitely return to this beautiful and cozy penthouse. I really liked the location, lots of shops. I didn't like that the pools were freezing, you couldn't swim and the TV system was very confusing, it doesn't get the channels very well and there aren't many channel options, it's a little confusing to get in the day you arrive and check in. The Ofuro is paid but it is very warm and you can share an hour for more people 30 minutes for each, because you can not stay an hour. The sauna is also nice. The apartment is small and simple but well arranged. Rodrigo was very attentive, but it was worth it.

Smooth check-in and check-out, the apartment is new, and includes hotel-style amenities (bed linens and towels for use in the apartment) and housekeeping. There are kitchen utensils such as cutlery, plates and glasses. The pools are mostly cold, unlike other hotels in Caldas. Just one that was a little warmer. They could vary the temperature from a colder one to a very hot one, to try to please the most diverse tastes. We only used it on the day of arrival, when we chose to have a meal there, too bad several products on the menu were missing. We opted for a meat with cassava that was okay. The children used the society field every day and there were always more young people to play ball. We dine in the restaurants near the reception, where there is a hamburger joint, crepe, craft beer, an Italian restaurant and regional food. We intend to return in a warmer season, to make better use of the pools and the resort area.

Alysson was always attentive and helpful. The place is simply wonderful! Very complete, extremely beautiful! Too bad it was only a few days, because we will definitely return!
