Waterfront vacation rentals in Northeast Region

Very nice place, better than I saw in the photos. Very close to the beach, the whole place is clean, very nice, I really liked it.

I spent 5 days in April with my son and husband at Igor's apartment in Jatiuca, and I loved the stay. The apartment is just as the photos in the publication show, I was very well assisted to get in and out. The apartment is super close to the waterfront and has everything we need nearby. I loved and indicated.

Second time staying at Marta's apartment, which is a very considerate and always available host. The apartment is excellent in all aspects, especially for the location and internal organization. We will certainly return.

The stay was very good with very good space and I even believe it accommodates up to 7 or 8 people, as long as they are willing to sleep on mattresses and put air conditioning in the living room. However, it is well ventilated, which would not make this observation necessary. The building's common spaces are also very good and the proximity to the beach is a great benefit. Thank you so much for everything.

Very nice apartment. Beautiful view. Nothing to say everything was spotless. Just a small downside on the energy, we were charged a surplus (our photo taken and that of the owner were not the same) Just a shame about that. Otherwise you can go there without so much as a second thought. Leo is responsive

The condominium is very organized and the concierge is always accessible. The place is nice, clean and well maintained, the only point that could be improved are the items on the market. The apartment is small but cozy. Maintained furniture, soft mattresses, taps with great water pressure. It has all the items offered. The porch door needs maintenance because it needed a lot of strength to open it. Another point that took us by surprise was the distance from the condominium to the tourist spots. But overall, it was well worth this lodging.

Excellent stay! Wonderful location, with beautiful ocean views. Cozy and very organized house. The host was helpful, quick to respond and kind. I intend to come back again and again.

Amazing Experience!!!! We were delighted with the tree house, we enjoyed unforgettable moments with our family and friends. The contact with the nature, rusticity and comfort of the house were very striking, the two environments are amazing and interactive, the networks were fundamental for dreaming and enjoying that post-lunch laziness. Another highlight is Wilma, an excellent host always attentive to details from arrival to departure, a very flexible person and always ready to respond to messages. The location is great and very close to the city center and supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy. The next holiday will undoubtedly be in the treehouse.

Simply amazing! Daniel and his wife are exemplary hosts. Always available to serve and assist us. The house is in a privileged location, for its beauty and security and facing the sea. It is noteworthy (information that Daniel always brought us) that on the beach just the front of the condominium there are many rocks, which makes it a little difficult to shower. Nothing that a walk of a few meters does not solve. Daniel's accommodation was our last stop on the holiday trip, and it was perfect for us to rest and enjoy the natural and condo beauties. I would definitely return and recommend it to everyone. It was a few days, but it was incredible days.

Upon arriving at the Marina house I came across an experience of affective memories,remembering the time where everything was simpler. A garden worthy of granny, full of plants, the house organized with a simple and affective decoration (beach style) . The house is well located, in front of the sack beach, another thing I liked was the kitchen that was complete, nothing is missing. Finally, we couldn't help but talk about the host who is a cute one, cares about everything and quickly responds to the msg.

The house is very beautiful and the photos match what you find. The house is very spacious, highlighting the barbecue area, which makes the space very pleasant. In addition, on the edge of the balcony facing Rio is an invitation for the contemplation of nature. We had a problem with the showers and toilet flushing, which was very unpleasant, but it's already solved for the next guests. Alceu and Edmilson are excellent hosts, with quick answers and always willing to solve any question that has arisen. They unfolded to make the experience the best possible. We really recommend staying in Paraíso do Rio!

Casa do Mangue is a spectacle: the place is wonderful, the house is more than pleasant. It's loving. Teca knows colors and textures and makes the house cozy. And beautiful! Perfect bed linens and towels, a breakfast of dreams. The boat ride, recommended by Teca, is to keep in the soul and dream about. Teca knows the territory very well and knows how to give accurate tips. Enjoy!

Great location, facing the sea. Great accommodations. It exceeded my expectations.

The condominium is quite pleasant, with swimming pools, courts, playgrounds, etc. There is a restaurant that goes to great lengths to provide snacks or a full meal. The apartment is as shown in the photos, very functional, with everything necessary for a stay with children. The service was very cordial and proactive. It would return more often for sure!

I had an amazing stay! The space is cozy, well located and perfect for relaxing. The proximity to the beach made the experience even better. I would definitely come back and recommend it to everyone looking for comfort and tranquility.

Great apartment decorated by the sea with beautiful view, extremely clean and organized with quality and clean bed linen and towels. The leisure area at the top of the building offers a swimming pool overlooking the sea, making it our favorite place to rest after a day of sightseeing or the beach. Manuel is an excellent host who welcomed us and was always available to answer questions and help with whatever was necessary for our perfect stay. As soon as possible we will return for other days of rest.

Location exactly as described, right on the sand, accommodated the whole family well and we had 2 children. The view from the sunrise is beautiful. There is no market so close, but walking a little bit, very close to Beach Park, there is a complete market, nothing that a walk would not solve. It had the necessary items for cooking, near the Beach Park, everything was organized, it had clean towels and basic items. The Host provided the necessary and clear information. I definitely recommend it.

Our stay met expectations for accommodation and location. The neighborhood offers all the amenities such as markets , laundries , pharmacies and restaurants . The host Sergio was very kind to welcome us before check-in time and offered a longer check-out deadline for the time of our flight . Still gave us several tips on sightseeing and shopping . The apartment is very comfortable, close to the beach and in an excellent neighborhood. Anyway, everything was really nice!

As I told Lucas, 5 stars would be too few here! Flawless apartment and condominium, leisure area, swimming pool are amazing, beach with good and cheap kiosk next door, a market that has everything, EVERYTHING! and with excellent prices, whoever stays at Lucas' apartment just packs their bags and goes... there you can buy drinks, food, meat, even car parts lol anyway, I highly recommend it and today it's the top 1 Airbnb I've stayed at!

Arnoldo was super solicitous, explained in detail how the hotel worked, and the room was missing nothing very quiet about the check in and check out the place is beautiful and super cozy
