Vacation rentals with beach access in Northeast Region

Very nice, comfortable, secure and super well located It would only be missing a little renovation of the kitchen, but in general it is very good and I recommend it I would definitely rent it again

Everything is very good and as advertised. Cumbuco is getting better and better, WaiWai is impeccable, Paulo's place is amazing, comfort, peace, what a view!

Nice place to stay up to 3 people in my opinion. It is very well located, and the building is very well maintained! Safety is also a plus in this place, there is a security guard in front of the building and you only can get access to the main lobby if you have your fingerprints registered within your picture. Location is very good, and there is a laundromat right by the entrance, and a supermarket within .2 miles away. I recommend!

Flawless apartment with very tasteful furniture. You have all the utensils. The bathrooms are extremely clean and with cute details and pampering. You find things ranging from beach chairs, coolers….. Very attentive host, kind and sweet, a cutie. Super recommended. I recommended it and will always return to the same place. Great experience.

You couldn’t ask for a better spot in boipeba! Over view of the water, was extremely peaceful. Close to everything. The apartment is as pictured, very homey and comfortable. Tatiana is a great host and really cares about your stay. I hope to return one day

In my travels, it was the most complete kitchen I've ever used, because I love to cook, it had everything from items for good drinks, top-quality pots, in short, appliances for everything! Apartment exactly as the photos! The condominium is for those who like peace and quiet, a great beach, perfect for a late afternoon! Pool as shown in the photos, too! This was quite easily my best ever Airbnb experience. The house is very nice and exactly as described in photos. it has an amazing outdoor space, with two outdoor dining tables, a great pool and area to sunbathe, hammocks, etc. it also has stunning views of Prainha beach and the surrounding forest, and we truly felt emersed in the beautiful nature. the private walk down to the beach was very useful and the cherry on top. perhaps the biggest factor that elevated this property was the private chef - Clea and her team cooked breakfast lunch and dinner for us, and not only was the food delicious, but they were incredibly kind and warm. we were here for 4 days and didn't use a car and were just fine - the walk to the beach takes 5 minutes and we used taxis to and from Itacare when needed. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

Our period in the house was !! The house is great, all very comfortable and clean environments, first decor and furniture, very pleasant and ample leisure area. Nathielly and family welcomed us very well and endured us during the days doing the shopping of everything we need, food, cleaning and even taking care of our children. The condominium and beach without incredible, excellent structure. for those who want to spend quiet days, without agglomerations. I highly recommend it, everything excellent. I also recommend that you rent a car, to get around the condominium and visit nearby beaches (Caraiva/Trancoso 30min/40min)

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with A/C in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable swimming pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck that leads to the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rental car and still drove around the other beaches (all nearby) and took the tour to see the manatees (we saw 4). Nando's beachside kiosk for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always be back :)

Second time we were in the house, and like the first time, it was worth a lot. Casa Completely equipped, clean, Dona Maria very attentive with any request. Gratitude for everything!

Amilcar's house is a paradise in the mountains of the Itacaré coast. It is close to São José beach, in a private and safe condominium. You can also walk or drive to Prainha. The interior of the house is a whim and unparalleled comfort, the kitchen is complete, the bedding is of the highest quality, the air conditioners work perfectly, the rooms are spacious, and the staff Kaka and Neia are super attentive, available and polite. Any small problem or extra need we had was quickly addressed by the team. It was a very good stay, we were very satisfied with the experience! Amilcar is quick to respond via chat, and made great recommendations for a driver and cook. We really enjoyed the whole experience, and we will come back more often if there is an opportunity!

It's a little paradise! The house is beautiful, very spacious, lovingly decorated and decorated with beautiful things. The relaxing tranquility is fantastic. The property with the trees and flowering bushes and plants is a dream. From the bed, you can experience the sunrise. I loved sitting on the terrace, looking at the river and watching the sunset. Great for privacy seekers. Beautiful and simple cottage. However, bad location for the season, the tide rises early and it becomes unfeasible because you have to drive the car through the water. In addition, no one showed up to see if we needed anything, such as the caretaker, it is a place for you to isolate yourself and manage on your own. Other than that, it's a great cottage to rest and escape from everyday life.

The stay was perfect, from arrival to departure. Aurora was attentive throughout the period we were in her apartment. By the way, the apartment is beautiful and very well located, clean and complete with all the utensils, we didn't miss anything. Just leave the building a few meters away, and we're already on the beach. Quiet and peaceful place and close to everything (if you are driving). My son likes swimming pools and the one in the building is a sight to behold. You can walk to several beaches. There were three days of rest and leisure. Thanks Aurora, for sharing your apartment.

We loved the stay. Felipe was very calm and receptive, the place is very good and communication was super easy. Our only problem was the entrance to the resort, which, because it was the rainy season, we were faced several times with the possibility of the car getting stuck. We even saw guests with cars stuck in the mud.

Second time staying in the apartment. Quality utensils and the site is very cozy. The suggestion I give is to add a filter to the faucet of the sink, mainly because we live the experience of not being able to buy water because they did not deliver that holiday. Alessandra is wonderful, my 1 and a half year old daughter adored her. We will definitely return again to enjoy Barra da Window beach. Visit the site without fear of being happy.

I leave an addendum for the bed, extremely soft and comfortable!!! kkkk The apartment is 2 minutes from the Ponta Negra waterfront, has markets, bakeries and restaurants nearby, on the main avenue, close to everything, allowing you to do everything on foot.
