The environment really exceeded our expectations. We were very well received and also very well cared for. And when we requested a repair, the same thing happened the next day. No words to thank. My family and I spent days of great joy and at the end of the day we always had a great space waiting for us to rest. We will return more often for sure. Thank you very much in the heart ❤️

Sensational apartment on the ground floor, which greatly facilitates access to the water park. 100% spring with three conditioners and great bathrooms. Internet works fine and the condominium offers excellent infrastructure. There is a market inside the condominium and another on the other side of the highway easily accessible on foot. I'll definitely be back.

Many amenities on ap, making it easy to stay (microwave, coffee maker, grill, tv). Good bathroom, hot water shower running . As much as the building is away from trades, it has a smart vending on the ground floor, which served us very well. Voltaria other times!!

I made the rental on Airbnb that showed address Avenida Antônio Lira, 751, João Pessoa, Paraiba 58039-050. On the day of check In a person contacted me asking for data and gave me some guidance and in the message description was another address different from the listing, Av. Cabo Branco, 4370 - Cabo Branco, João Pessoa - PB, 58045-010, at the time I didn't realize the difference, when I went to the location I picked up the address on Airbnb, getting there ? It was another hotel and there was no reservation of ours there, that was when I saw that I was with divergence of addresses, and I leased a hotel in the center, close to the restaurants, kiosks to be able to go to the beach more easily because we were with a 1 year old baby. Conclusion, we stayed in a place far from everything, without kiosks, without many options of nearby restaurants, every time we left we had to go by car. I communicated to the person who contacted me about the error and that I had not rented at that location. However, it stayed for that.

Good stay, the host Pedro was always available when I needed him. Clean space, well divided. I highly recommend it.

Location top! Clean and quiet place. Everything smells! Close to everything, as it is right in the center. I didn't have to use the car for anything. This was the second time I stayed in the same hotel and same room. I will come back more times. The host is very friendly and polite, responds quickly. It is well worth it.

The flat is wonderful, just like and even better than in the photos, super clean and organized, with tidying and cleaning every day, check-in and check-out without bureaucracy, super friendly staff, the location is more than perfect, a short hop from the beaches, shops, markets, bars and pharmacies are very close! The host is a 1000!!! Always very friendly and attentive, answer all questions quickly! We love our stay in the wonderful city, we will come back more often for sure!
