Vacation rentals with lake access in Northeast Region

The house is excellent, the view is fantastic, the house is well located, it allowed us to live memorable moments and experiences.

Communication was easy. There were some unforeseen events in the lodging, but they were willing to assist. What tires is the road path to the ground, but in general it is rewarding. I like to contact with nature and I have a small child who does too. We would come back!

Karina is a kind host, always available and with clear and effective communication. The house is extremely well equipped for long stays, offering from kitchenware and wine glasses to hairdryer and washing machine. Beds are comfortable, and the atmosphere is very ventilated. The place is a true paradise, with a condominium that offers a high-end structure. The highlight is the pier, which at night is beautifully lit, providing a perfect space for good conversations and good wine.

The house is very beautiful and the photos match what you find. The house is very spacious, highlighting the barbecue area, which makes the space very pleasant. In addition, on the edge of the balcony facing Rio is an invitation for the contemplation of nature. We had a problem with the showers and toilet flushing, which was very unpleasant, but it's already solved for the next guests. Alceu and Edmilson are excellent hosts, with quick answers and always willing to solve any question that has arisen. They unfolded to make the experience the best possible. We really recommend staying in Paraíso do Rio!

What can I say about Casa da Lagoa: Do you know that place you arrive and you really feel at home? That you don't want to leave? If I didn't have the tours, I'd stay indoors. Thank you Mr. Chico for the reception, flexibility and whimsy in every detail.

The house is extremely beautiful and the view is what enchants even more, were great days experienced in it the tranquility of the place is great, close to the center and the neighborhood seems to be quiet. We were treated very well by Rainerio and his partners, as well as the company that manages the hosting "I in the sheets" very attentive and helpful.

Perfect, functional house, new furniture, all appliances in full operation, airy and with great internal lighting. Sauípe has a privileged location for those who want to get to know a good part of the north coast, with fair prices, as it is close to Praia do Forte, Imbassahy and Baixio, among other locations, allowing several entertainment options in the round-trip scheme.

Excellent house, very well equipped, in a very well structured condominium, with a nice swimming pool, gym. We spent very pleasant days and Mrs. Claudia was always willing to guide and help

The apartment is very nice . We had an unforeseen event at check-in, but we were able to contact the host's husband, who was willing to help us and fix the problem. He even came to the apartment and helped us. Here is my thanks and we will stay with them again

Both the condominium and the apartment are great! The apartment was clean and is very well equipped. The owner was very helpful and always responded quickly. The only negative aspects (details that did not compromise the experience): - the available frying pan is very bad (the stainless steel pans are good, but the frying pan is terrible); - the shower is very strong, but the water jets are very scattered (if you stay in the middle of the water jets you practically don't get wet); - I felt the lack of another sheet (there was only one available, in addition to a blanket).

An extremely polite and proactive Raquel, gave clear information, the ranch is surreal of good, beautiful, cozy, all very well thought out in the guests, every environment of the house, the ranch in itself and to make you feel comfortable and well. The furniture of the house is beautiful, farm-style, spacious rooms, and the house actually fits 16 people peacefully, all with plenty of space. The kitchen provides you with everything you need. Apa passionate about everything, I will indicate and I will return when possible. Ah, Raquel's indication of Vani to cook for us was wonderful.

The place lives up to the name ‘Recanto’, as it is quiet, welcoming and extremely pleasant! The hosts were hospitable and kind, making the stay even more special. The house was exactly as advertised, cozy, well-equipped and with a stunning view of the lake, which could be enjoyed from every room. We enjoyed every corner: the outdoor area, the balcony, the spacious kitchen... It was a wonderful time with the family! The bonfire at night, under the tree with the moon reflecting on the lake, was one of the most special moments of the trip. We went with elderly people with reduced mobility and the house served us very well in this regard, especially for having a room on the ground floor. Only the bathroom stall is a little tight for those who need to use a wheelchair during the shower, which required a little more attention from us, but did not compromise the stay. In addition, we were very well instructed by João and Fritz, always helpful and kind. From before arrival until the end of the stay, they were available for any questions or needs, which made all the difference We highly recommend it! Beautiful, quiet place and full of good energy.

Everything was perfect, we really liked the house, the living room, kitchen and integrated balcony made it possible for all friends to interact. The view of the lake is wonderful, you also have the option to go down to the lake on foot, there is a mango tree loaded on the side of the house where we can enjoy some very sweet mangoes, the house is well equipped we managed to cook without problems. Recommended place for those who want peace, quiet neighbors.

Liliam is very attentive and values the guest's well-being. The place is better than the photos. Great structure with cutlery, sleepers, appliances, freezer, barbecue... The lake is inside the land, with very quick access on foot. Por do Sol is very beautiful from there. Rooms with air-conditioning and a fan. We will definitely go back again and again.
