Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Northeast Region

This was quite easily my best ever Airbnb experience. The house is very nice and exactly as described in photos. it has an amazing outdoor space, with two outdoor dining tables, a great pool and area to sunbathe, hammocks, etc. it also has stunning views of Prainha beach and the surrounding forest, and we truly felt emersed in the beautiful nature. the private walk down to the beach was very useful and the cherry on top. perhaps the biggest factor that elevated this property was the private chef - Clea and her team cooked breakfast lunch and dinner for us, and not only was the food delicious, but they were incredibly kind and warm. we were here for 4 days and didn't use a car and were just fine - the walk to the beach takes 5 minutes and we used taxis to and from Itacare when needed. I couldn't recommend this place enough, and I will definitely be returning in the future!

We had an amazing weekend at Casa Spiral! The location is perfect: we had total privacy, absolute silence and a breathtaking view of the Chapada, and yet we were just minutes from the road that connects Alto Paraíso to São Jorge. The decor is extremely tasteful, and the river inside the property provided us with delicious and relaxing baths. The kitchen is super-equipped — we prepared several wonderful meals! The hosts were very attentive and helpful. Absolutely, we want to go back!

The house is sensational!! Fully equipped, with A/C in all rooms. 3 suites on the second floor and a bedroom on the ground floor with a bathroom in the front. Impeccable swimming pool (super important at high tide) and access to the beach through the garden gate (a few meters to the deck that leads to the beach). A mind-blowing natural pool in front of the house (you can walk there at low tide) or, if you prefer, the natural pool of Patacho has raftsmen in front (cheaper than taking the raft further on). We went by rental car and still drove around the other beaches (all nearby) and took the tour to see the manatees (we saw 4). Nando's beachside kiosk for a juice, drink or snack. Anyway, we'll always be back :)

An extremely cozy place, full of comfort and sophistication. There's nothing missing to enjoy quiet days. Extremely easy communication, super easy to find location. Spacious, cool place, everything from bathing items to leisure environment is amazing! I definitely want to come back again and again. I have been to several places with a similar proposal in Piri, but I have never felt so comfortable and I have never rested so well. Congratulations! How much care and affection for the guests and the place!

Absolutely, everything you expect when you rent an Airbnb. The house is very well-equipped and everything works properly. The decor is very tasteful and you can see that it was thoughtfully designed. The location... You know when you wake up in the middle of the night wondering about a noise and only then do you discover that it is actually the sound of waves crashing on the rocks? Until this trip, I didn't know😅. The host, from the beginning, was very attentive, responding quickly and solving any problem (the gas ran out at 6 pm on a Sunday and in 10 minutes a new one arrived). Anyway, I highly recommend it.

It's a little paradise! The house is beautiful, very spacious, lovingly decorated and decorated with beautiful things. The relaxing tranquility is fantastic. The property with the trees and flowering bushes and plants is a dream. From the bed, you can experience the sunrise. I loved sitting on the terrace, looking at the river and watching the sunset. Jaguaripe is just a short walk away. The dinner prepared by Maria is a special treat. I highly recommend this beautiful place. Thank you Teca, it was a special experience and I'd love to come back.

Casa Caju was more than what we were looking for. It hit all of the categories perfectly. It was not only clean and equipped for a very comfortable stay. It is also very well designed and the layout is perfect. He did not spare any expense to his remodel. The finishes are done with quality and style. The design of the furnishings and decor were all done very tastefully and with a lot of thought. We were very comfortable there and everything went smoothly. He has a person that helps maintain the pool and plants that comes by in the morning and he was very nice also. We would not only stay there again, we would also recommend this house to almost anyone.

The experience was unique, the location is very good, close to shops, restaurants and very close to the center! Débora was always very accessible, responded quickly and was very flexible.

Breakfast was a real spectacle: always fresh, tasty and prepared with a care that made all the difference. The whirlpool bathtub was perfect for relaxing, especially at the end of the day, when we enjoyed the breathtaking views of the sea and the skyline — a breathtaking backdrop that made our stay even more special. Every detail of the place conveys affection and whim. We will definitely return and recommend with our eyes closed!

Undoubtedly the best cost-benefit option, the location is private and with great security. It has easy access and transportation (Uber was always available quickly). The residential complex is a resort, has several amenities and the beach is very peaceful and beautiful. We would definitely come back!

Simply wonderful! The apartment exceeded our expectations. The sea view is breathtaking – waking up to the sound of the waves and the sun rising on the horizon was an unforgettable experience. The location at Praia das Fontes is excellent: quiet, clean and perfect for relaxing with the family. The property is well equipped, clean and very cozy, with everything working perfectly. The balcony with a panoramic view was our favorite corner! The hostess was attentive and helpful throughout the stay. Undoubtedly a place to go back and recommend!
