Vacation rentals with a patio in Northeast Region

Helena is very attentive and very friendly, she gave us good local recommendations of where to shop or which restaurant to go to for dinner; the apartment is beautiful, very spacious, bright and shiny; the neighborhood is very safe to walk around at any time. One of the best apartments I've stayed in on all my previous trips... I recommend it without hesitation, when I return to Porto Seguro I would stay with Helena a thousand times more...

Outstanding locals. The host responded to messages quickly. The apartment is well located. It was clean and well equiped. And, despite the small space because it is a two-bedroom apartment, it has a great private outdoor area, even with a barbecue, which pays off a lot. It would stay other times there.

Great place, follow the instructions to get there, I ended up getting lost for not following. The palace of the arts is a painting gate, pay attention to that. Marília was great at the reception, and gave great tips, remembering that it is close to Baía dos Golfinhos, and the closest tourist attraction is clearly the plateau, being the closest place. Pipa is a quiet place, the apartment is clean, has air-conditioning, great for couples, with a great bathroom. That said, the place is great, Pipa is quiet, there were no difficulties in terms of safety, comfort, access to beaches or choice of restaurants, and the place that Marília offers is perfect. Anyone with a projector to complete the night is great, and the only need is personal hygiene items (soap, shampoo, brush and paste), the rest is offered.

Large, comfortable house ideal for families on vacation, exceeded our expectations!

My husband and I stayed in Jen’s place for 11 days and we would’ve happily stayed for a month! The location is perfect - right on the quadrado but in a tiny community in a green oasis with a beautiful shared pool. The house was spotless, lovely and comfortable. (I found the house to be slightly larger than what the photos indicated.) What stood out, in addition to the location, was the quality of the support. Jen was easy to communicate with, but once we arrived, we were pampered by Ale for concierge services and Zilda for our house cleaning and breakfast. I cannot emphasize how lovely Zilda was - she arrived every morning with a great big smile and made a spectacular breakfast and looked after the house all with good cheer. She did not speak English, but regardless, she was easy to communicate with. Fabulous spot!

Extremely clean and organized house, many cutlery and kitchen utensils available including mto good fridge. The space quietly houses 4 people, ventilator in the living room and air-conditioning in all the rooms oq left the experience even better, I was surprised because it is even better in the photos. Quiet Neighborhood and the place is not far from the center if you go by car but for those who like a walk will be quiet as well. We very much liked the house, problems I had were related only to the city 🥰

I spent unforgettable days in house 2. It is cozy, very clean, comfortable, the impeccable beds that have afforded us perfect nights of sleep. Place well located, accessible to the supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, barzinhos, beaches, making our stay even more enjoyable. Host Julliet is extremely friendly, attentive, polite and very caring! The information was passed efficiently and with great kindness, congratulations to Julliet! We were very happy and grateful. What an amazing place! Both the resort and the apartment itself. About the resort, it's foot in the sand, an exceptional structure, amazing landscapes, wonderful pools. About the apartment, it is of extreme good taste. All working very well, very well equipped kitchen, very spacious with 3 large bedrooms being 1 suite. A very large balcony with table, sofas. All very neat and neatly organized, I recommend.

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

The apartment is cozy, very well decorated and equipped with utensils, as well as great quality bed and bath linens. There were still some games available. Everything is designed for the comfort of guests. Patricia is a very attentive and helpful host. She responds quickly, gave us directions to restaurants, markets and pharmacies and even made the check-out flexible. I highly recommend your accommodation and hope to return more often.

I stayed with my family and we all really liked it! The flat is beautiful, clean and well organized! The host was super attentive, and the communication was great. She even left some treats for us in the flat. We'll definitely be back at another time!
