Great apartment, well located and clean. Photos match the flat. Close to pharmacy and market. Kind and polite host.

The place is great for a couple. There is no much room for another adult or child in the apartment. Location is great, Iran is a great host. There are two points to consider that it is not on the specs for the place: a) the apartment is facing south which makes it very hot most of the day and there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom (window type); b) only after the contact with the host for the arrival we were informed that there would be an extra cost for the electrical bill, to be determined at the check out. It is not a big deal but I believe it should be on the specs for the rental.

I rented it for about a month, and the location was great for what I needed. Close to hospitals, markets, restaurants and the like. There is a great little square very close by, with a chapel that I found to be the most beautiful thing (I passed by there every day and was delighted), the view from the Flat is beautiful, the Flat is totally organized and useful. I talked to Pedro only by messages and whenever I had questions he answered me well. I highly recommend it!

It was a good stay, the place is less than 10 minutes from downtown Porto de Galinhas. The pool is very good.

We had a great stay at Ione's apartment. She was always very attentive and helpful. The check-in and check-out process is quite simple and uncomplicated. The apartment is very functional, with equipment and facilities necessary for a good stay. The cleanliness and care of the property were very evident and the facilities match the photos and specifications of the listing. The region where the apartment is located is excellent, with good options for markets, restaurants, cafes, pharmacies, gym, among others.

The listing is exactly like in the pictures All clean and comfortable. Check in and check out easy. Parking in the building. Access control after digital and face registration. Apt very well located. A pity that lost sight of the sea due to a building they are building at the front. But it's too close to the beach. I'll come back for sure

Excellent apartment, in a great condominium for those with children. Spacious accommodations, the apartment had everything I needed, comfortable and clean. The condominium with swimming pool, court, playground and a shopping mall just below that offered convenience options, bakery, Smart Fit gym and fast food restaurants. Close to the subway and easy to get around the region. I recommend it!

I loved the space, had everything I needed, and the location was perfect and very busy. Anfitriao answers quickly and always asks if everything is fine or needing something. Very good!

It was an incredible experience in Fortaleza, as for the AP everything was as advertised, but the TVs in the rooms did not work and in relation to the lack of a sandwich maker this was resolved immediately, but in the overall context it was great, we felt at home!

We only suggest an improvement of the Internet on the upper floor and a ladder in the pool for access for older people and those with mobility difficulties, where the hosts were very helpful and informed that they would resolve. The house matches the listing photos, with comfortable furniture, full kitchen, great location. We found the environment organized and impeccably clean. It was a wonderful experience for me and my family. We'll definitely be back more often. Cozy house and the distinguishing characteristic was the fact that it had a bathroom in each room, which gives us even greater privacy, especially when we go with other couples.

The accommodation is excellent, exactly as shown in the images. A giant peace because of the silence, you can hear the wind in the leaves, the crickets singing... Having breakfast lying in the hammock, enjoying the silence was golden! The kitchen has all the necessary items, blender, coffee maker, sandwich maker, pots, frying pan, cutlery and dishes. Outside there is a small balcony with a tank, clothesline, broom, shovel, in short everything you need to maintain the organization of the house. As for the location, it is about a 20-minute walk from Centrinho, for those who have difficulty getting around or are lazy to walk it is not a good option, by car/motorcycle it is very easy. America contacted me through WhatsApp and gave me all the necessary guidelines clearly and my check-in and check-out were super easy. I highly recommend it!

The stay was very comfortable, in a quiet neighborhood. The place is large and pleasant, and we have a lot of enjoyment of the days we stay. However, some points could be improved. The bathroom windows are very low, which generated discomfort at the time of the bath. Also, the door of one of the bathrooms was jammed and made a lot of noise when it opened and closed. We also noticed a gutter in the barbecue.
