Smoking friendly vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

Een heerlijke ervaring om een paar dagen in het appartement ‘Twee zeeën’ te verblijven. Alles was naar wens en de omgeving is fantastisch. Het bistro setje op het balkon staat natuurlijk zeer knus, maar het zou ook fijn zijn als je wat comfortabeler stoelen met kussens zou kunnen pakken na een lange wandeling. Verder was alles top geregeld.

Eine unglaubliche schöne und saubere Unterkunft mit einem traumhaften Balkon. Eine Hilfeleistung beim Boiler für warmwasser erfolgte nach nur 5min. Wir kommen wieder!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren ersten Aufenthalt am Gardasee in Danieles Apartment. Die Lage ist einmalig und die Aussicht wunderbar, wir haben uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die Begrüßung durch Danieles Eltern war wunderbar und wir konnten jederzeit mit Daniele kommunizieren und uns Tipps für die Gegend holen. Mit Blick über den Gardasee einschlafen oder kochen und frühstücken macht den Besuch nach den ganzen Aktivitäten entspannend und schön. Das Apartment ist zudem sehr schön eingerichtet und die Postkarten sind einfach schön. Grazie Daniele!

The apartment was clean. Close to restaurants and grocery but far enough away from the crowds to be relaxing. Filippo is a very good host and very responsive.

This place is amazing mostly thanks to its roof terrace - it was rather windy this time but otherwise I could imagine spending half of the day on this terrace above Adriatic and watch the blue sea. Clean, cute and stylish place, I loved staying there! Communication was easy and friendly:) Recommended!

Wow! Valeria’s apartment was beautiful, with doors opening on to a beautiful canal. The apartment was exactly like the listing and had everything we needed for our short stay. The location was perfect! St Mark’s was only about a 10 minute walk away, but what we loved most was that the apartment was away from the manic tourist streets. We felt we were in a more authentic area of Venice, surrounded by locals and some fantastic little restaurants. Some streets in Venice are ruined by over-tourism: absolutely filled with tourists and pop-up shops selling tat which really takes away the charm. However, walking back to Valeria’s was a relief, and I think the best part of Venice! At times we were the only ones around. Thank you for a perfect stay, Valeria. We will be back!

As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden sehr gerne wiederkommen. Der Check-in und Check-Out war problemlos, wir durften früher kommen und länger bleiben am Abreisetag und - hätten wir nicht leider unsererseits abreisen müssen - unseren Urlaub noch für ein paar Tage verlängern dürfen. Man hat seine Ruhe, das für uns und unseren Hund super war, trotzdem ist man schnell am Gardasee z.B. in Salò. Das Appartment hat alles was man braucht und gemütlich. Der Hof ist sehr schön: wir hatten das Glück, dass die Besitzer während unseres Aufenthalts nicht vor Ort gewohnt hatten, sodass wir das ganze Gelände für uns hatten, es kam nur immer mal jemand von der Familie (alle super freundlich) vorbei um nach den Tieren (Pferde, Esel, Gänse und Hühner) zu sehen. Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Eine ganz klare Empfehlung von unserer Seite!

Cristina is the perfect host and the house is beautiful. The surroundings are amazing and the views......wow! All through the booking and our stay there Cristina was swift to answer any questions we had and also was happy to offer suggestions on places to go and where to eat. We had a perfect week there and I wouldn't hesitate to go back or to recommend her place to anyone else. Cristina and her sister met us at the house and showed us round, clearly pointing out all the relevant bits that we would need to know. Thank you so much for making our week in Italy so special and enjoyable......we are already looking to come back!

We stayed at Francesca’s for a few days and it was magical. We felt we had our own little villa, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the lush garden where we could enjoy a morning coffee or evening spritz. The home is full of charm and beauty and was the perfect backdrop to our northern Italy adventure. It was spacious, had a lot of areas where we could lounge around as a group or individually to read, play some records, relax. It had all the amenities we needed to feel at home. There was a lovely Jacuzzi and a shower with great water pressure. The two bedrooms had lots of closet space and the beds were very comfortable. Franscesca was very responsive and easy to communicate with and gave us some great local recommendations. If you stay here, you will want to rent a bike because it is a bit of a walk into town, but the area is beautiful and private and along a lovely canal so it’s worth it. There is a tenant that lives on the property but they are very quiet and no bother.

Wir waren nur für einen Zwischenstopp hier. Die Unterkunft ist sehr idyllisch, wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt.

Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) stayed at Pietro’s place for three nights and had a lovely time. The location is excellent, perhaps the best in all of Cinque Terre. Easy train access, close to the beach and restaurants. The WiFi (for the teenagers) was good, and we enjoyed having morning coffee and evening wine in the lovely courtyard. Washer and dryer were a plus. AC in each bedroom meant we could be as warm or cold as we each wanted. We had no issues with our stay and would choose this place again!

El anfitrión es muy amable y el piso corresponde con las fotos. La habitación es amplia y confortable. El aseo es privado y está muy bien, la cocina estaba limpia y tiene balcón donde se puede fumar. La llegada fue fácil y estaba atento a responder preguntas rápidamente. La zona está bastante alejada del centro pero es perfecta si vas en coche y quieres tranquilidad que es lo que nosotros buscábamos. El aparcamiento está bajo del piso y es seguro. Cerca tienes supermercados como Lidl que abre incluso domingos así que perfecto. todo perfecto💚

Thank you for letting us stay, Luigi! The place was amazing, with a great view of the Duomo. Bed was comfortable and the shower was great. Lots of room for 2 people, and can easily bed 4. Thank you for all the local tips and help :)

Als je in Toscane wil verblijven en in een klein paradijs terecht wil komen, boek dan deze Airbnb! Alles klopt en is fijn aan deze plek. We voelden ons compleet thuis en hadden graag langer willen blijven. We hopen ooit terug te keren!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Ausblick ist Fantastisch. Nicht so dicht an der Küstenstraße, aber auch nicht zu hoch. Hatten die ganze Woche kein Auto benötigt. 2 Euro für den Bus nach Genua, oder Sankt Margarita ist auch lässig. Vermutlich wird das nicht das letzte Mal bei Carlo und Lucia gewesen sein. We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

Probably the best airbnb we have stayed in. Olivia was really communicative before we arrived and helped us get to the apartment easily and provided recommendations of what to do whilst in Venice. The apartment was spotless and the decor felt very authentic. The small terrace and roof terrace had amazing views and was great to have breakfast out there. There are a number of stairs to get up to the apartment but it didn’t present an issue. Will definitely return next time we are in Venice.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt, super Lage, moderne Ausstattung, alles, was man braucht. Strand nur 5 min entfernt, super Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, super Pool. Markus war immer erreichbar und war die ganze Zeit sehr behilflich

Simply a wonderful place to stay! The apartment is beautifully situated with stunning views of the bay. It is exactly as it looks in the photos! Luca was an exceptional host - extremely helpful and responsive, there is nothing he could have done better. The property is well appointed and a tranquil refuge on this stunning coastline. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be back!
