Welcome to Studio Solare, with a stunning view in the heart of Portorož. 2 minutes walking distance from the sea and 15 minutes to medieval town Piran. Studio Solare is a stone cottage with big windows where you feel part of the nature. It might be small, but it has everything you need. Fully eqipped kitchen, coffe machine, TV with Netflix and WiFi, bathroom and sleeping area in the looft which is accessible by the staircase. There is also a big garden, outdoor sitting area and fee parking.

This nice little studio apartment is quite comfortable for a couple or duo of tourist who want to visit Venice in one of the best zone, the Sestiere of Cannaregio. A lot of venetian residents still lives here, and you will stay in a very intimate place. Our cozy and private apartment is idyllically located on the outskirts of the village and offers breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains. The bus stop with connections to the ski slopes of Flims/Laax in one direction and to Chur in the other direction is only a 2 to 5-minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is modern, comfortable and cozily furnished, with lots of wood, large windows and natural materials that create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The Terrace

The Terrace is formed by a double-room in two floors, recently completely renovated and decorated with style. It is located in Settignano, a small neighborhood 6 km from the center of Florence with bus n.10 which end of line is only 50 meters from the access gate of the house. In 15 minutes you can easily reach the center of the city. Beside the gate there s the bar Vida, always full of delicious pastries and fresh tramezzino sandwiches.

Vipava View Studio Apartment with private balcony

From our house, located on a hill on the outskirts of the village, you can look out over the beautiful valley and enjoy the peace and nature. The studio apartments are located in the Vipava Valley, close to the coast in the west of Slovenia. We renovated our dream house here and built two studio apartments in 2025. From your apartment, you can walk into the Natura2000 Trnovo area, but the village is also close for groceries or a drink.
