Private suite vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

My wife and I loved this lakeside apartment. The apartment is comfortable and clean, with a beautiful yard overlooking Lake Como. We spent much of our time in the yard. It is well-outfitted and we enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and dining outside. The beds are comfortable. The location is great. It's quiet but not far from the action. The boat connection allowed us to reach other towns on the lake. We were also about to walk to a boat rental location and enjoy a day on the lake. It was nice to meet Mina and Patrizia as well and to know that that they were nearby in case we had any questions.

Laura is a simply exquisite host. Since the booking, she has been lavish with advice, from restaurants, to boat schedules, to areas to visit. Vezzano, for us, was a perfect starting point: in a few minutes we were at the station, from which we moved comfortably to the Cinque Terre and to nearby Lerici. The apartment is on top of a promontory, in a very quiet area, with an outdoor patio and a private pool. This is a large room with a bed, sofa, fully equipped kitchen area, and bathroom. In addition, covered parking is provided for the car. In short, you couldn't ask for more. We will definitely be back!

Warm welcome and the cottage is really equipped with every comfort. Wonderful to be able to sit outside our cottage. Great accommodation for a few days on the mountain. Ideal that there is a shop within walking distance where you can do 24/7 shopping with a pass. Authentic village. Wonderfully quiet.

We had a great time, we spent 5 days in maximum comfort and comfort. The house has everything you need, it is really well maintained and the location is very convenient. The center can be reached with a pleasant walk. The host then provides two bikes, which make getting around even easier and easier. Friendly and very helpful host, he offered to pick us up at the station by car and take us back. Highly recommended! Thank you Lucy for your care so that your guests are well.

Well-maintained apartment equipped with everything you need, really a short walk from the city center. Biserka is a welcoming and very friendly person, always smiling. She was very helpful and discreet at the same time. We felt very comfortable. Definitely a great solution.

I definitely stay above expectations. Property located in a very quiet area and very close to bus stops that take you directly to Venice. Katja is super kind and very helpful, not to mention the really impeccable service. Every morning of our stay he offered a complete and quality breakfast! If I have to go back to Venice, I will definitely go back to your bed and breakfast. Recommendation!

We had a great time with our 2 children. We enjoyed the tranquility very much. On the weekend, the lake was sometimes very busy. It was all the more pleasant to return to the peace and quiet and enjoy the great view. Shauna and Francesco were great hosts. We will be happy to come back!

We had a really lovely stay at Apartment Patrick. Milenna and Luciano were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting to them, mostly using Google translate!! The apartment is really private and in the most lovely setting. Sitting on the terrace looking out to the bay below was a delight. The area suited us really well as we wanted to be near the beaches and to be able to explore on our bikes, which we rented locally. We used our bikes to get around but the bus stop into Pula city centre is right on the doorstep. The nearest supermarket is a short walk away in the huge shopping centre. Everything was very convenient. We hope to return as, for us, this was the perfect holiday spot.

Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

Spacious and clean, well connected to city centre with public transportation. Kitchen tools very basic, but you don’t want to cook at home while in Bologna

We had a great time at Irina's place. We received a very warm welcome, lots of help carrying our luggage in the rain, and some great recommendations on how to get around. The garden is beautiful, and the view from both the tub and the garden is amazing. The garden was full of fireflies in May which made it even more magical. Property is well equipped with everything you may need for cooking our own food. It's very private despite the fact it's just a part of a bigger house. There is a steep pedestrian pathway just two corners away, that would lead down to the village with no cars passing by. It's a short climb and there are some great bakeries and easy shopping down in the city.

Great! 30 min by car from Milan we had a great weekend. In the heart of the small village of Gaggiano, where life is sweet, Sheila welcomed us in a well-decorated and functional studio, perfect for a romantic getaway. With a small outdoor courtyard in the sun, and space to park, we enjoyed the calmness of the countryside while visiting Milan during the day. Sheila is very welcoming and attentive. I'd probably go back!

The studio was in a great location for access to & from public transport, getting to multiple stores, bakeries & restaurants and for walking around town and on the many hiking paths. It was super clean, had great facilities and a pretty street view. The local people were friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Mike for making it available. We had 4 great days visiting friends, exploring Glarus and experiencing a very beautiful part of Switzerland.

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

Our stay at Alessia's place was great. She is very accessible, caring and attentive the house was perfect, equipped with all the compartments and very clean. Alessia speaks good English, so communication was very smooth. She gave us lots of tips about the area and was super helpful to find the train and boat to Cinque Terre and other places. Highly recommend!

Christa is the epitome of a Super Host. By the end of our too short stay, we felt like family. If peaceful, beautiful vistas are what you’re looking forward to, this is the place. 🥰

We had a fantastic stay at Robert and Sandra’s place in Rovinj. The apartment is in a perfect location—close to the old town, beaches, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s clean, spacious, and has multiple balconies with beautiful views. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, and the private parking is a huge plus in Rovinj. We felt completely at ease—everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. Robert and Sandra are wonderful hosts - super friendly, helpful, and always available. We truly felt welcome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Delighted with our stay in this accommodation, nice little house adjoining that of the owner. Quiet, peaceful, beautiful view. Only small downside, no washing machine and dryer, and the bathroom door is glass.

It was a pleasure to stay here and I would certainly stay again if available when I return to Zürich.
