Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

Our stay was incredible; this was as much a vacation as it was a sentimental journey. The apartment itself was wonderful, quiet, and has a beautiful view. There is plenty of space and a laundry room nearby. We were in town to enjoy a quiet contry retreat and possibly reconnect with old acquantances from decades ago. Having grown up in the area back in the 1970s, I remember much of the town and the kindness of the owners of what was a restaurant/hotel in the center of town—now just a restaurant. The local area is steeped in beauty and history and wonderful people, and we enjoyed everything within walking distance. The cafe and restaurants are delicious (especially the gelato!), and there is a great bakery nearby. Our host even went out of her way to arrange a private farm tour and cheese tasting which we'll never forget, and we can't thank her enough! The people we met during our visit helped us follow the thread further to connect with our past. We can't wait to visit again!

If you are looking for a peaceful place and beautiful surroundings then this appartment is for you! You will be stunned by the beauty of the lake and mountains. Waking up to this scenery every day and being able to see it from every window is a treat that no one deserves and yet you are living it every moment of your day. Easy reachable by car, by the lake and the host is simply one of the best. We used Airbnb for years and Mattia is one of our favorite hosts up to date. Quick with responses, easy to communicate, and very helpful. He supplies you with various amounts of different types of food to end your evening of arrival or start the morning and then you can drive to the nearest supermarket Cetti 15 min by car on a straight road and it has everything. And did I mention the steps…you need to climb up to be in paradise. Thank you Mattia for sharing this place with the world of adventurous people!

The apartment was clean, conveniently located and had everything we needed for our stay.

A cozy and lovelly room in the mountains with a beuttiful view of the town below. Because of the location this spot is perfect if you want to explore this region of Austria/south of Germany, wihtin a hour of travel in each direction there is always something to see or to do. Especially if your goal is to go hiking. Everything is as described in the advertisement is, therefore our stay was as expected.

Great location, shops and food right outside the door. Right next to the best gelato shop. The house was huge and felt so grand. Great host. Wonderful.

Great location. Great floor plan, stylish furnishings and extensive amenities. Quietly located with nice views. Very friendly, courteous communication. Easy access, check-in and check-out. It was very sweet that a mat, blanket, bowls and goodies were ready for our dog. Glad to come back!

The apartment offers all the amenities you would need for a comfortable stay and is perfectly located. The amenities are very good, the parking is a short distance away. Marko and the family are very friendly and accommodating. In the vicinity, there are all the necessary shops and everything is within walking distance.

We had a fantastic stay at this property! The house and apartment were exactly as described – beautiful and well-maintained, and the location was just as great. The host was very responsive, and communication was clear and helpful whenever we had questions. The breakfast was exceptional, with a fantastic selection of local food and freshly prepared eggs, coffee, and more – truly a highlight of our mornings. The furniture, cleanliness, and the garden/terraces were all excellent, and the surrounding area added to the overall experience. The only downside we encountered was with the bathroom – the shower is level with the rest of the bathroom and is only separated by a curtain, which leads to water splashing everywhere if you’re not careful. Additionally, if the curtain blocks the drain, the water level can rise significantly, and due to the slope of the floor, water can spill out of the bathroom into the apartment. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and given the high price, we believe...

Il Torrino was amazing, tranquil, beautiful, peaceful and filled with nature. Sara and Giulia were Great hosts. We truly enjoyed relaxing and walking through the resort. The views were spectacular and the sunsets were amazing. 😍

It was our second stay in this wonderful apartment, and for good reason. We feel incredibly comfortable there. The interior is exceptionally beautiful and luxurious, and the location is perfect for us. The view from the terrace is a dream: you look out over palm trees to the sea and can see a large stretch of the coastline. Directly opposite, you can see a charming café garden, and just below the apartment is a small supermarket where you can get all your essentials. Within walking distance are several restaurants, and the Lungomare, just a stone’s throw away, leads you along the coast in both directions. Communication with Antonela and her colleague from G.I.K. Kvarner was fantastic. Both are warm, friendly, and attentive, responding incredibly quickly and helpfully. We’re already looking forward to our next stay here!

Very nice accommodation, extremely well located, 2-minute walk from the cathedral. The lodge and its jacuzzi are very pleasant, surrounded by trees with the stream below, it gives the impression of being in the heart of nature. The furniture is comfortable (bed, couch, armchair)

Very clean, quiet neighborhood, secure, and extremely helpful/responsive staff! The apartment looked like a room in IKEA. We had all the comforts of home and plenty of space. It was rainy in Zurich, so it was nice to have complementary umbrellas for our stay. I would highly recommend ♥️

it was great to stay in this lively neighbourhood, well away from tourists. We were greeted warmly by Arianna and everything was as expected. The shared bathroom and kitchen were spotless and not a problem.

My stay at Flavio and Cinzias farm was delightful! The room was sparkling clean and property was well taken care of. Everything you could want in a stay was supplied. I would definitely recommend staying with these great hosts!

Janja's place was wonderful. Although we were there in winter there was still a fair bit to do. She was very helpful with suggestions. We very much enjoyed our month stay.

Marco is a young but responsible guy who has always been attentive to needs and helpful. A professional host, but also hospitable and friendly.

Nice little apartment in the middle of Sestri Ponente. I enjoyed my stay and the whole city. Arianna informed me well about every little update so i felt calm and safe. Recommended!
