Hotel vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

It was a really nice and relaxing stay. We took a trip to the three squares and were nice hiking nearby. The furnishings of the apartment were fantastic and you felt right at home. Unfortunately, the swimming pool, which was mentioned in the advertisement, is no longer included in the offer, is very unfortunate. The place itself is also nice for families. There is a large garden. We will be back!

Lovely place, exactly as described in the perfect location. Wouldn’t hesitate to use again upon our next trip to Venice!!

Martas House is an event. The breakfast is like you are in a vegan bakery and restaurant, and you may choose what you want. Just unique. The breakfast-room is like your own livingroom with art and semi art everywhere, also on the ceiling. When you have a chance to book a room, don't hesitate, it's worth every penny. I love to come back one day.

we stayed in the apartment with 7 people plus a dog the house looked like it had been recently renovated it was very clean very spacious very warm as there is underfloor heating there is also private parking and a private fenced garden. the apartment is then only 10 minutes from Verona and many other cities and attractions. the owner is also a very kind and very helpful person wrote to us every day to make sure everything was fine. nothing to say great experience!!! highly recommended!!!!!

Angela's place is the perfect location near the beach in Levanto. There are plenty of good dining options next door. Its very beautifully done and she is a super helpful host, always there to answer any questions. Train station is at a walking distance....Our stay was very comfortable and we had wonderful time here. We highly recommend anyone visiting cinque terre to stay here!

My family (with our dogs) stayed in Vania's B&B for two nights and we had a great time. Beautiful spaces: from the green and well-kept garden to the interior of the house furnished with taste and care. Breakfast is a treat, both for the layout of the room and for the food offered (very good jams). If we return to the Urbino area in the future, we will choose Vania's accommodation again for our stay!

Beautiful views that make you no longer want to move. Super located, beautiful landscape on every side. The pool is clean and tidy. Lots of space for walking, safe for children who ran around the property on their own. Elevations are pleasant, which makes cycling easier. The apartment is clean, fully equipped, and a big plus. Great contact with the owner, she was very helpful, she responded very quickly to any doubts if they appeared, explained right away. I recommend the place! I'll be sure to go back :)

We had a very nice stay here. Unfortunately only for one night, but we would have liked to stay longer if our travel plans had allowed it. Everything was clean and the hosts really friendly and easy to communicate with. The location is rather quiet but very central.

Actually, you just have to read the descriptions and older reviews, then you know everything. It is a big apartment in the great hotel complex, beautifully located. Very quiet, so very, very quiet - you need a car to get somewhere. You can use the beautiful spa area (included in the price) and have breakfast in the hotel. This costs €16 for adults and €8 for children. Breakfast is tasty but not very varied. So you may not need it every day. In the evening there is the bar, for which adults also receive a coupon for free drinks. And the complex includes an upscale restaurant where you can also reserve tables. So if you're not looking for action, pretty ideal.

My stay at Carna’s place was incredible! The views of the lake, the amenities included were all a great part of my stay. However what stood out to me most was Carna’s proactiveness, any question I had she was quick to respond and help! Carna also sets up a breakfast buffet in the communal kitchen in the mornings which is an added pleasure to the stay! I would definitely recommend staying at Carna’s place! 😃

My girlfriends and I spent a night there. The hotel is amazing, clean and tidy with all the amenities. Check-in is flexible, which is appreciated. The only thing is they forgot that there were four of us instead of two and they didn't have the sofa bed ready for us. But they apologized and were very kind.

Monica's apartment is completely newly renovated and furnished and has a special charm between "old" and "new". The apartment is very quiet with a (somewhat narrow) safe parking space (a little tight as usual in Italy) right in front of the apartment in the enclosed courtyard. Monica (and her son) are very kind and helpful and also think about the details. So basic things (e.g. coffee...) were already in the kitchen. The very small place is located in the wine-growing area. The closest restaurant is 100-200m away (Trattoria, but we didn't try it). A very good restaurant (heavily frequented by the restaurants) is about 2.5 km away (CASCINA DELLA TAVERNA -> do not be frightened by the external appearance. Reservation highly recommended as really full). Here, various types of meat are offered fresh from the grill at a really fair price. It is about 8-10 km to the usual tourist centers (e.g. Desenzano).

I spent a few days at the AVA house with a group of friends. It has a great location for exploring the beautiful nature in the north of Slovenia and for short trips to Italy and Austria. The house is beautifully furnished, well equipped and offers plenty of space. The sauna is also perfect for relaxing after a long day. We would come back at any time.

Apartment surrounded by nature, great location to visit the village of Grazzano Visconti just a 4-minute drive away, Antonio was always available for any of our needs, we will definitely be back.

Mark & his beautiful home were simply incredible . The property has been restored to perfection. Every single little detail, Mark has thought about. This place is idyllic & serene with breathtaking views & nature at your doorstep. The mountains are just outside, so my husband was out practicing every day for his next bike race. My daughter & i loved relaxing by the pool & visiting all the nearby medieval villages & Forts. Mark was the best informative & kind host that we have ever encountered traveling around the world. We cannot thank you enough. Until we meet again.

Maria Livia was immediately kind and helpful and did not hesitate to meet us if needed. The place exceeded our expectations, being much more spacious than we thought, with clean and tidy spaces. If we go back to the area we will definitely come back here!
