Private suite vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

My wife and I loved this lakeside apartment. The apartment is comfortable and clean, with a beautiful yard overlooking Lake Como. We spent much of our time in the yard. It is well-outfitted and we enjoyed cooking in the nice kitchen and dining outside. The beds are comfortable. The location is great. It's quiet but not far from the action. The boat connection allowed us to reach other towns on the lake. We were also about to walk to a boat rental location and enjoy a day on the lake. It was nice to meet Mina and Patrizia as well and to know that that they were nearby in case we had any questions.

Stefania is a wonderful host. She made good recommendations and her respons to my messages was quick and thorough. Can recommend Stefania's apartment.

This beautiful property on the outskirts of Lucca was perfect for our 3 couples. Driving our large van was a challenge on the small roads, but the countryside was beautiful and quiet.

Ons verblijf bij Alessia was geweldig. Zij is erg toegankelijk, zorgzaam en attent het huis was perfect, van alle vemakken voorzien en erg schoon. Alessia spreekt goed Engels waardoor de communicatie erg soepel verliep. Ze gaf ons veel tips over de omgeving en was super behulpzaam om de trein en boot naar Cinque Terre en andere plaatsen te vinden. Van harte aanbevolen!

Ci siamo trovate benissimo, abbiamo trascorso 5 giorni nel massimo del confort e della comodità. La casa ha tutto il necessario, è davvero ben tenuta e la posizione è comodissima. Il centro si raggiunge con una piacevole passeggiata. L'host mette poi a disposizione due bicilette, che rendono gli spostamenti ancora più semplici e agevoli. Host amichevole e molto disponibile, si è offerta di venirci a prendere alla stazione in macchina e di riaccompagnarci. Vivamente consigliato! Ringrazio Lucy per la cura che mette affinché i suoi ospiti stiano bene.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Zoran in Mošćenice - die Aussicht ist einfach atemberaubend, die Apartments sind sehr gemütlich und haben alles, was man für einen Urlaub so braucht. Zoran ist freundlich und liebenswürdig und auch seine Tochter offen und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und würden jedem die Unterkunft empfehlen.

Wir haben unseren kurzen Aufenthalt wirklich sehr genossen und würden ohne zu überlegen die Wohnung bei Tea wieder mieten :)

The studio was in a great location for access to & from public transport, getting to multiple stores, bakeries & restaurants and for walking around town and on the many hiking paths. It was super clean, had great facilities and a pretty street view. The local people were friendly and welcoming. Thanks to Mike for making it available. We had 4 great days visiting friends, exploring Glarus and experiencing a very beautiful part of Switzerland.

Lovely home, we loved our time in Tuscany and loved to have Gianpietro’s place as a retreat to relax and enjoy the views. Hosts were extremely responsive and helpful!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit mit unseren 2 Kindern. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr genossen. Am Wochenende war am See zum Teil sehr viel los. Da war es umso schöner in die Ruhe zurückzukehren und die tolle Aussicht zu genießen. Shauna und Francesco waren tolle Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a really lovely stay at Apartment Patrick. Milenna and Luciano were very friendly and welcoming and we enjoyed chatting to them, mostly using Google translate!! The apartment is really private and in the most lovely setting. Sitting on the terrace looking out to the bay below was a delight. The area suited us really well as we wanted to be near the beaches and to be able to explore on our bikes, which we rented locally. We used our bikes to get around but the bus stop into Pula city centre is right on the doorstep. The nearest supermarket is a short walk away in the huge shopping centre. Everything was very convenient. We hope to return as, for us, this was the perfect holiday spot.

Susanna and her husband are wonderful hosts, offering plenty of helpful advice and recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The accommodation is immaculately clean, tastefully decorated, and equipped with essential amenities, including a kettle, mini fridge, espresso machine, hairdryer, and towels. The room is a great size for a couple who don’t travel light. The only thing I missed was hand soap in the bathroom. Guests have access to two outdoor spaces - one with a small table and chairs, and the other a terrace boasting spectacular views over the city of Florence. Fiesole sits on the outskirts of Florence (great if you have a car) with a bus stop less than a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, providing a direct route to Florence’s central train station. Alternatively, you can drive and park in a convenient car park near the city center, recommended by Susanna (cost of approximately 2–3 euros per hour). We will be back sometime in the future to explore more of Florence :)

Spacious and clean, well connected to city centre with public transportation. Kitchen tools very basic, but you don’t want to cook at home while in Bologna

Siamo stati benissimo. Host super attento alle nostre esigenze. Casa accogliente e in posizione splendida sia per Firenze che per il Chianti.

We had a great time at Irina's place. We received a very warm welcome, lots of help carrying our luggage in the rain, and some great recommendations on how to get around. The garden is beautiful, and the view from both the tub and the garden is amazing. The garden was full of fireflies in May which made it even more magical. Property is well equipped with everything you may need for cooking our own food. It's very private despite the fact it's just a part of a bigger house. There is a steep pedestrian pathway just two corners away, that would lead down to the village with no cars passing by. It's a short climb and there are some great bakeries and easy shopping down in the city.

Christa is the epitome of a Super Host. By the end of our too short stay, we felt like family. If peaceful, beautiful vistas are what you’re looking forward to, this is the place. 🥰

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit allem was man beaucht an einer tollen Lage! Sehr zu empfehlen!

Une famille très accueillante, serviable , pleine de bonnes intentions. Très proche du lac d Orta et une vingtaine de minutes du lac Majeur. Plusieurs supermarché à proximité en voiture. Marché le vendredi, avec notamment deux petits vendeurs extra. L'un des pâtes fraîches et l'autre du fromages. ils sont face à face et parlent français.

We had a fantastic stay at Robert and Sandra’s place in Rovinj. The apartment is in a perfect location—close to the old town, beaches, and restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. It’s clean, spacious, and has multiple balconies with beautiful views. Having two bathrooms was very convenient, and the private parking is a huge plus in Rovinj. We felt completely at ease—everything was well-maintained and thoughtfully prepared. Robert and Sandra are wonderful hosts - super friendly, helpful, and always available. We truly felt welcome and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Ravis de notre sejour dans ce logement, jolie petite maison mitoyenne a celle du propriétaire. Calme, paisible, belle vue. Seul petit bémol, pas de machine pour laver le linge et étendre, et la porte de la salle de bain est en verre.

Grazyna is a super nice host and her flat is perfect for two people. You have everything needed and she has been super helpful. If I go back to Zurich I will surely stay at her place! In case you need to go to ETH, this can be reached easily by a 20 mins walk in the woods, super nice. I absolutely reccommend it!

Cristina's house near Siena is an excellent base for exploring Tuscany. Just 20 minutes from Siena, it's perfect for day trips to Florence, San Gimignano, or Chianti. A car is essential but ensures a peaceful, authentic experience. The clean, well-equipped house has a kitchenette (fridge, stove, washing machine) and AC. The bathroom is small but functional. Outside, there's a surprisingly deep pool and various spots for relaxing or dining. We were surprised by the poor connectivity - almost no phone reception inside and extremely slow internet with weak Wi-Fi. Cristina mentioned it's not for working, but we underestimated the limitation. The surroundings were mostly quiet. Cristina, though not on-site, was very responsive and helpful. Tips: The parking is 50-100m away; ask about unloading at the house. Bring extra toiletries for longer stays. Request the correct Wi-Fi password before arrival. Overall, an excellent choice for exploring Tuscany. We'd happily stay here again.
