Fitness-friendly vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

The apartment is in a good location, many restaurants and sightseeing within walking distance. The host was very helpful with pointing out good places to get food. Overall a very good option if someone is looking for a vacation stay in Split.

We had a weekend in Sesto Calende. The location was just a few minutes walk from the centre of town. Parking was nearby and it easy to get a parking space every time. Katia was great at communicating and we will definitely be back. Thanks

Everything is great, the house is as shown in the photos, nice and new. A very quiet area to rest and near the subway. The only thing to mention is that the sofa bed is not very comfortable, but otherwise everything was very good.

I had an all-around great stay! The place was super clean, cozy and exactly as described. I want to highlight the host – she was incredibly friendly, helpful, and really went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. Everything went smoothly and I would come back anytime. Absolutely recommend!

We enjoyed the vacation with Damir and Nadja very much. Very nice place to stay, great location with proximity to great bays and Pula. You only notice the city if you want to. The beach is within sight of the accommodation, the children had a lot of fun diving in the clear water there. In the evening, we very often used the great outdoor kitchen. Stay also recommended in October: hardly any tourists, pleasant temperatures, swimming and being outside in the evening was possible on almost every day. Absolute recommendation!

If I could give this place 6 stars, I definitely would. My family and I had an amazing experience at Davide's place! The apartment is wonderful - beautiful design; everything you need is there; spotlessly clean; and the view to the private garden is spectacular!!! We came by car that has a roof box and the garage is high enough to drive in with it, and also to store our bikes in the private garage box together with the car. Grocery stores, parks, playgrounds and restaurants are nearby. So it was quite amazing to enjoy some gelato in the beautiful private garden (that also has a playground). It takes 15 minutes by bike to get to the Duomo so it was perfect for us. Davide is a great host - always communicative and helpful! The concierge is also very friendly and helpful. I have so many more nice things to say but I am running out of space... :) We will definitely stay here again if we visit Milan again in the future! 10/10 would recommend! 🥰

Clean and spacious apartment, super nice and helpful girls despite my initial mistake, very nice hamlet, breakfast bar and parking 10 steps away and I recommend Stardust pizzeria a few minutes walk for take-out pizza SUPERB!!

The apartment was beautifully appointed and had a lot of charm! It’s extremely spacious and and comfortable. The washer dryer combo was a life saver! The private parking was a bonus. We would definitely stay here again when we’re in the area.

Bright apartment located in a residential and quiet area. Very well cared for . Great communication with the owner. We felt right at home.

This is honestly the best vacation home I have ever stayed in, and we travel a lot. The pictures of the view don’t do it justice. We were in awe just staring out every window at the beauty of the mountains and lake. The indoor pool, sauna, and steam room were great places to relax and unwind, and even better it was private (you book the hour). The inside of the home was beautiful and the kitchen had everything you need. At first we didn’t have a car, but after seeing how high up the mountain we were, we went back to town and rented a car for the duration. Made it a lot easier to explore without having to rely on taxis. Can’t wait to come back.

We loved our stay here, as a family of 3, for a long weekend of skiing. The apartment is just the right size, with a breathtaking view. Close to the slopes and several restaurants. A huge bonus are the Spa + pool + kids pool at the Falkensteiner hotel that is connected to the building.

Beautiful area, fantastic view of the lake from the balcony. The apartment is perfect for 2 people, but a car is advisable because of the location. We enjoyed the time very much, also the SPA area is highly recommended. Communication with our host was also very good. We will be happy to come back!

The Jacuzzi was a great way to start the day and end it after walking. Very clean apartment, but I didn't see that there were only two small windows which makes the apartment dark there are no windows in the rooms which is a shame, the view is magnificent very quiet and relaxing. The accommodation is well heated even a little too hot, I couldn't lower the temperature but I didn't ask either. Otherwise the jacuzzi and Turkish bath were very nice. I still recommend the apartment to rest in the quiet of a charming little village with all the necessities nearby. Andrea is always available to answer our questions. Thank you

Absolutely amazing place, the location is really beautiful. The house has everything you need, spotless and SO clean. The kitchen is fully equipped. The bathroom is big and really good water pressure. The bedroom is big and the mattress is amazing! Plus it has a fitness area. It has a beautiful garden as part of the house to relax and disconnect. But this is just the house, the host is what makes the place a true top stay with an unbeatable welcome treat, and a very welcoming attitude! 100% we are coming back! Thank you so much!

I had a great time: small characteristic and very quiet village; the accommodation is really comfortable, well heated, it feels like home and Mrs. Piera is very friendly and helpful.

Our stay in Punta Sabbioni was truly enjoyable. We stayed in a very comfortable bungalow, well-kept and equipped with everything we needed to relax. A special thanks to Simone, who welcomed us wonderfully. Even though we arrived late, he kindly waited for us and greeted us with a genuine smile. His kindness is top-notch! It’s rare to find such authentic and attentive hospitality. Highly recommended – we’ll definitely be back!
