Vacation rentals with a patio in Northeast Italy

Simply stunning. The pictures don’t do justice to the view and the apartment is impeccable. Michael is an outstanding host. Highly recommend.

Great location, right by the Duomo which is one of the most amazing features of the city. The apartment is on 2 levels with stairs, so may not be suitable for older visitors or kids but we had no trouble. The new AC worked well and the bed was really comfy, we slept so well. We enjoyed the outside terrace as the dome was so close. We had a great stay 👍🏻

We loved staying at Alessia’s place. Beautiful view and great location. She was also very helpful in picking us up from the ferry and setting up a boat tour for us. I’d definitely recommend this place!

Although there were a couple of issues with one tv and the washer dryer, Teona, Ivanna's property manager was always responsive and followed up to see that issues were resolved. We thought that the apartment was very beautiful and the neighborhood felt safe. It was quiet, and some of Ivanna's recommendations for restaurants were pe.rfect. We wouldn't hesitate to come back

We had a lovely week. Gabi is an excellent host and the apartment is amazing- the best we have ever visited. The photos don't do it justice. The town is a short walk away, with lots of nice restaurants and shops. Recommend hiring a boat late in the afternoon and the local water sports are very convenient. Overall, hugely recommended!

Angelika was an amazing host. She greeted us with a big smile, her home was spotlessly clean and the view was breathtaking. She gave us instructions and tips on things to visit. Airbnb is in a great location. Angelika was also a flexible host. She allowed us to leave at 12 p.m. before our departure rather than at 10 a.m. which helped us a lot after getting up quite early. We absolutely recommend this listing

Simply a dream apartment, living and sleeping downstairs, on the terrace upstairs whirlpool and sun, it is 5 min by car from the lake where all the restaurants and shops are, it is simply ideal!

Good stay here! The view and patio makes the whole stay. We loved sitting out on the patio watching the sunset it’s the best thing about the apartment! The kitchen and bathroom were a little dirty but nothing of concern. I did have to fix the bed frame when getting in as two slats were out of place so the bed sunk in but once it was back in place the bed was amazing. Even though you are right by the train you can not hear it very quiet and peaceful. During peak season you will have to pay 1 euro each way to use the elevator, but the walk is so short to the train and town it is not needed. Easy check in but we did ask a couple questions that didn’t get a response. We also never found an ironing board, there was an iron as described but no where to iron clothes on. The patio is shared but the other side has their own space and table so it was never an issue of being outside at the same time. We had a great time and had an overall good stay.

The greenhouse was an absolutely beautiful place to stay. Perfect accommodation for an idyllic location. The hot tub was incredible.

The host was extremely responsive and helpful. She went way above and beyond with our inquiries. We have yet to encounter a more thoughtful host. The view from the balcony was surreal. Having breakfast sent to our room with the view was definitely one of the most memorial moments of our entire 2-week trip!

We stayed at Elvis’s place for a week and loved everything bout it. The apartment is tucked away is the tiny village of Ipsy . Upon arriving our first impression was WOW ! This a gem! The place is full of charm, history , and the view is one of the best in Istria Super clean and everything you need for your stay. The 3 terraces provide extra space to relax, read, dine outside while enjoying the views of Motovun Elvis has taken his family’s 250 year old home and added modern bathrooms and flooring without changing the integrity of the home. It’s very well done. The beds are comfy and showers are great and its quiet Ipsa, the winery and olive producer is right next door.. 😀. Loved it ! If I had the chance to give an extra star beyond the maximum allowed, I would definitely do it! What can I say? The house is a real gem immersed in the village of Bienno. Pietro and his mother provided us with all the information we needed to make us feel at home. The accommodation is beautiful, a movie house. We really appreciated the cleanliness, the tidiness, the central location in the village and the possibility of bringing our dog... we found everything we needed to spend a weekend relaxing! Pietro's mother, very sweet, left us cookies, water and a kennel for the dog. Would I recommend this house? Absolutely yes! A wonderful experience!

It was wonderful to live in the middle of Tellaro and have breakfast on the roof terrace with the fantastic view! The cottage is very skillfully renovated and lovingly furnished with selected pieces. It had everything we needed and we were very nicely received by Lola. There are some stairs in the house that you have to climb to finally end up on the roof terrace, you should be aware of that. We had a great, relaxing time hiking (directly from the house), visiting Cinque Terre, swimming again and again and of course trying the restaurants on site. It was all perfect thank you so much!

This home is in an outstanding location overlooking the lake and Lugano. We were blown away by the view from every window. The location was very peaceful, and the home was extremely well-stocked. We enjoyed coffee on the balcony or the covered deck every day (depending on how hot it was!). The home is located a quick drive to downtown Lugano, and a short drive to the top of Monte Bre (highly recommend!) and to Gandria (also highly recommend). We fell in love with Lugano and the surrounding area thanks in part to this house…we will definitely be back.

We loved every minute here! The photos do not do it justice – – it’s far more beautiful in person. The views over trees and the water are spell – binding. We would sit and watch as the sky and the water as the light changed. It was very easy to hike up on the Napoleonic way or down to the seaside. The kitchen was great and it was fun to cook with fresh Italian ingredients. I enjoyed a few swims even in cooler weather. But it was particularly a good place for us to hole up and reboot, take a break and get work done. We hope to make this an annual retreat. Petra and Ivan were particularly helpful, and went out of their way to support our stay and even extend it. We are very grateful!

Wow! We have fallen in love with Varenna! We are so happy that we booked Marco and Syliva's wonderful apartment who were very welcoming! A breathtaking (beyond words or photos) view awaits you in the apartment. Everything was as pictured and even better. The terrace outside was an extra bonus! Large and private with an incredible view of course. The beds were very, very comfortable and the bathroom was spotless - good size, all the amenities and the shower was very nice with good water pressure and hot water. The apartment is up the hill from the ferry and quiet and peaceful. A short walk (5 min) brings you into the main square of the town. Varenna is small, so everything is close. Restaurants amazing! Al Prato and il Cavatappi were great! The Monastery & Villa Capressi - gorgeous! We took a boat ride. We toured other amazing villas too. Plenty of room for me and my husband & our adult daughter. Ciao and Grazie Marco & Sylvia!

Property was absolutely immaculate and had everything we could possibly need. Teas and sweet treats were a lovely welcoming touch and after walking around Bergamo the first aid kit with plasters was very much appreciated! Great location for getting around and a lovely little base for our holiday. Would absolutely love to stay again.

Highly recommend Francesca's home. She's a fantastic host! This was an outstanding location - the views were amazing! Easy access to town, the train, the water, and hiking. Her home is up the hill from the train, so be prepared for some walking. Francesca was incredibly proactive before and during our trip. She met us to introduce us to the house and provided recommendations for dining and outings that were incredibly helpful. She also coordinated parking for us during our stay. The home had plenty of space for our family of 5. It's a perfect home base for Cinque Terre and I hope to be back someday soon!

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

We absolutely loved this apartment. The building is old so the staircases are narrow but we were still able to bring all of our luggage up (and we had a lot). It is very close to everything !! We were able to walk around and find all of the sites without needing a car or bus etc. There’s even a few restaurants right across the street and a little store. Maria also gave us a ton of recommendations and the ones we tried were amazing. Super cute apartment with a little terrace and thankfully air conditioning because it was hot out. Thank you so so much for being a perfect stop on our tour through Italy!!!

Great location and very nice place. Had to climb some stairs but we didn’t mind and that’s Italy! Host deserves more than 5 stars for communication, he was excellent. And he arranged an early 6:30am water taxi and chauffered Mercedes to the airport which was a great way to end our vacation leaving the island in style!
