Loft vacation rentals in Northeast Italy

Lorenzo’s place was great! The patio was amazing. Didn’t know about the distinction between red and black addresses (commercial vs residential) so a little confusing finding it the first time. Lorenzo was very proactive in communicating. A generic travel tip for those who have also visited Rome, Milan, etc that utilized Free Taxi - Florence uses AppTaxi. We utilized the Mando Burger address as pick up location, and just booked before we were heading out with no issue (the book in advance requests were always declined) .

Antonio is a great host and his place is so unique! Everything was clean (in fact he was finishing tidying up when we arrived), the decoration is funny and adorable, the bathroom is unexpected but it all works together beautifully! Location is priceless. Antonio was always available and made our stay extra pleasant. The stairs to the apartment are a challenge after a day walking around, but the reward to arrive at Antonio's place makes up for it! Definitely recommend, I just wish we could stay longer!

This was an amazing place to stay in the oasis hills of Florence. Marco was an exceptional host, providing us with a ride on arrival and departure, many local recommendations, and even a complimentary pasta recipe with some supplies. In less than a 5 minute walk you can see a beautiful view of the entire city. This was a very peaceful stay away from the busy city centre. The bus station is just outside the door, and a small shop is just down the street. We were able to bus in and out of the city centre both days of our stay. I highly recommend! Thanks again Marco

A nice place to stay when traveling in Florence. The host provides detail information of the room when checking in and is always helpful. The room has a wonderful view!

Utsikten från balkongen är fantastisk. Lägenheten fin. Vi valde att ta en taxi första dagen med vårt bagage från tågstationen med Rita, som också rekommenderas av boendet. Som nyanlända kände vi oss lite lurade då kostnaden blev 20 EUR. Det är visserligen en jobbig väg upp till boendet men med någorlunda kondition klarar man att gå de steniga och branta genvägarna om man inte släpar på bagage. Busstabellerna var svåra att förstå så vi valde att gå upp och ner.

What an incredible place to stay! 10/10 recommend!!!!! Sara was precious and don’t miss out on her pasta class-so fun! A great way to learn some new things about pasta and the city!!!!! We loved our stay and they were incredible hosts! From start to finish I couldn’t recommend enough. 🫶🏼

Een hele fijne accommodatie om de omgeving van La Spezia te verkennen. Prachtig uitzicht en lekker rustig en schoon. Vanaf het huisje kan je mooie hikes maken.

Daniela’s apartment is super clean, modern, fully equipped and quiet. She is extremely helpful and responsive. For the price, I felt I got great value! Before booking, I would get acquainted with the bus system so you take a bus to sights and do most of walking around the sites not necessarily to the sites. Close to the piazza Michelangelo with a great view of Firenze. Bravisima, Grazie Mille, Daniela!

We had a great time! Piero’s loft was beautifully decorated and was up to date and very clean. His place was in a great quiet neighborhood right on a canal. We will 100% recommend his place to family and friends.

We absolutely loved our stay! We have a family of five and it fit us perfectly. It felt like we were enjoying a little bit of history as we laid down to sleep each night. The kitchen was fully equipped with and the washer and dryer was a huge unexpected benefit. We would definitely recommend it and would sat here again!

The accommodation is beautiful, looks good and very comfortable. The owner also took great care of us, was very friendly and made everything look good. I like this place and will definitely come back to stay again. 🙏🏻☺️

Leider waren wir nur einen Tag da, es hat sich dennoch gelohnt! Die Lage ist sehr gut in der Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Sees und von der großartigen Terrasse sieht man den Lago Maggiore während man im Whirlpool entspannt. Ideal um sich zu erholen!

This place is spectacular. The building is historic and gorgeous. People stop as they walk by to photograph the fascinating architecture. The apartment has been totally renovated while preserving the historic stone work.the location is great, a few steps away from the famous one Vecchio. You can walk anywhere you want to go in Florence. Alfredo and Maurizio are the perfect hosts. They can’t do enough for you and they’re both easily accessible and promptly responsive. I can recommend this property to anyone who wants a unique and memorable experience in Florence.

The apartment is stylish, spacious and comfortable, well appointed and super clean. It has a beautiful outside courtyard which is perfect for breakfast in the morning sun and gives the apartment an airy feel. Francesco is a kind and generous host providing a warm welcome and intro to Ferrara and is helpful with suggestions for restaurants and sharing his local knowledge. It is his personal touch that makes this a truly top quality apartment. We would highly recommend Francesco’s place for a stay in Ferrara.

Unique, modern space in a convenient location, walkable to many popular spots and restaurants. Train station is about 15 minutes away on foot but does require going over cobble stone streets with luggage, if one doesn't mind. The nearby Piazza de' Rucellai is a convenient place to be dropped off/picked up by taxi. This unit faces a street so expect some noise from traffic and late-night revelers walking back to their places. There are two air conditioning units, which help when it gets warm outside. Would stay here again.
