Vacation rentals with lake access in Northeast Italy

Alloggio splendido! ci è piaciuto molto come è arredato l'interno e l'esterno. Il giardino mi è piaciuto particolarmente. tanti angoli suggestivi da scoprire, con statue nascoste nel verde e piccoli tavolini. Location ideale per passare un weekend nel verde in relax lontano dalla città.

We had the best time at Lorena, Carlo and Nicola’s place! The view is absolutely stunning, even better than the photos. The porch and garden are spacious and luxurious. The kitchen and bathroom have everything you need and the bed is super comfortable. Everything within the apartment is good quality - Lorena, Carlo and Nicola have thought of everything! They are very friendly and helpful, and even treated us to a delicious homemade lasagna and tiramisu on our first night, which was so appreciated after a big day of travel. Carlo also drove us to the ferry station on our last morning so we didn’t have to walk with our luggage. Thank you so much Lorena, Carlo and Nicola!

We had a fantastic stay! The place was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and inviting. The water pressure and hot water were excellent, and the bed was super comfy. The views were absolutely amazing and made our mornings and evenings extra special. The location was perfect, just a short, easy drive into central Menaggio. Riccardo was an incredibly friendly and responsive host, which made everything smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend!

2ème escale après notre retour d’Italie. Nous avons fait la serre 1 et 2. Très atypique, hôte très chaleureux et serviable. Calme et très agréable comme lieu. À recommander les yeux fermés !

Amazing and very clean waterfront apartment. Google maps don’t show accurate directions so I recommend using Apple Maps, our host was very helpful to get us to the right address. The boat station (that you take to go everywhere) is only a few min away, the area is very safe, walkable and has lots of cool spots nearby - cafes, shops, everything. Kitchen is well stocked with high quality pots, dishes and supplies. Hot shower, and washing machine were very nice.

Die Lage und der Blick auf den See, sind die 5 Sterne dieses Liegenschaft. Egal bei welchem Wetter, man kann fast immer auf der Terrasse sitzen und sich am Blick erfreuen. Die Küche lässt einem Hobbykoche viele Möglichkeiten, der zu Fuß zu erreichende ital. Supermarkt ist bestens bestückt und schon früh offen zum täglichen Einkauf. Wir werden nicht das lt. Mal dort gewesen sein.

Eros and Daniel were the most incredible hosts. The house was beautiful, spotless, and felt like a true escape. Fresh towels and sheets, no bugs, and the private garden with lake views was absolutely stunning. We were walking distance to amazing restaurants, a market, a local bar, and a gelateria with some of the best gelato we’ve ever had. It was also an easy cab ride to Bellagio to catch the ferry to Tremezzo. Eros and Daniel went above and beyond for us. At one point we couldn’t figure out how to turn the stove off and they arrived within minutes to help. Their kindness and care made this one of the best stays we’ve ever had. We wish we could have stayed longer. This was a perfect experience in every way. 10 out of 10.

Wir waren sehr zufrieden! Ein schönes, frisch saniertes Häuschen, mit allem was man braucht. Liebevoll ausgestattet und eingerichtet. Sehr sauber. Gerne wieder!

L’appartement se trouve au premier étage au cœur des dolomites, la vue est magnifique sur les montagnes, le cadre est paisible. Nous avons été accueilli par Barbara. L’appartement est très équipé pour faire la cuisiné, la lessive, le ménage : vous trouvez tout ce dont vous avez besoin. Barbara a à permis à nos enfants de nourrir les poules et nous ont donné des œufs frais. On se sent vraiment chez nous, Merci beaucoup pour ce beau séjour.

This place is amazing! The quiet nights on the patio, or walking down to the lake to enjoy the lights in the castle with evening setting on Lake Como were so wonderfully relaxing. I would recommend to anyone wanting to escape the insanity of Varenna. Other pluses. Town parking pass for Dervio. Amazing breakfast waiting for the ferry there, full kitchen for spectacular sunset meals with the best view of the lake!

Design Studio, The Beach was the perfect Airbnb for Lake Como, Bellano. The location was central, beautiful, and scenic. The patio/balcony was a wonderful and peaceful moment to my vacation. This was a very relaxing stay, and the host was so helpful and responsive. A huge thanks to the host!

I don't know what to say.... The whole thing was perfect. Entering through the gate with the car and seeing our beautiful little yard, surrounded by a jasmine hedge and full of flowers shaded by olive trees right on the lakefront was amazing. In the apartment, the windows that looked right out onto the lake made it feel like there was a living painting... with sound when we left the window open. I would like to address the low ceilings in bedroom and bathroom. It is true, they are low and we are tall so we did have to duck a bit at the head of the bed and in the toilet area but it was COMPLETELY fine. The kitchen was quite well equipped and we made a bunch of lovely meals there. It was a beautiful walk along a sidewalk but then mostly along the beautiful lakefront promenade into town and we walked a few times a day with no difficulty to the ferry, the grocery store, the lungolago. Best of all was Giampaolo's mom who was AMAZING as was her strudel. A beautiful lady!!!! Perfect!

Ich kann mich nicht erinnern, wann wir mal in so einem tollen Airbnb untergebracht waren. Die Unterkunft ist hammermäßig. Die Aussicht war fantastisch, sodass man das Haus gar nicht verlassen wollte. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber, alles war in einem sehr guten Zustand, es gab alles was wir brauchten. Federico hat uns noch Restauranttipps gegeben, die auch sehr hilfreich waren. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem kleinen netten Örtchen mit vielen fußläufig erreichbaren Restaurants und Cafés. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

The greeting upon arrival was excellent, we were offered an upgrade as some guests had cancelled due to weather, a nice gesture! The appartment was well furnished, clean and very comfortable. The location is excellent. Far enough from the busy touristic Bellagio but close enough to walk. The ferry pick up is just steps away. The grounds are immaculate and large enough to get a good run in every morning (5km) track style staying on the stone path that twirls the 42 hectar property. The grounds allow you great views of Tremezzo and Villa Carlotta accross the Lake and you can swim if the tempersture permits on the stairs that access the Lake. This is really a great place to stay! WOW. This is a great flat. It’s even better than the photos. The view is priceless. Alessandra is a great host. She is proactive. She initiated the contacts to make sure everything is Okay. She gave us recommendations regarding restaurants and places to visit. She even gave is delicious biscuits made by her Mother. I would recommend this place for anyone wants to relax in lake Como. I shall visit this place again. Thank you Alessandra and Andrea.

Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem modernen Haus im italienischen Stil, in einer abgelegenen, aber wunderschön gelegenen Gegend. Man fühlt sich dort ganz mit der Natur verbunden – umgeben von Bergen und herrlicher Landschaft, weit weg vom Trubel der Zivilisation. Die Wohnung ist neu, sehr modern eingerichtet und hervorragend ausgestattet – es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt braucht. Der Gastgeber hat uns freundlich empfangen und zur Wohnung begleitet. Wir haben uns sofort willkommen gefühlt. Diese Unterkunft können wir mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub. Der Kontakt mit Marija war sehr angenehm und super nett. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, aber am schönsten ist die wunderschöne Umgebung. Ganz klare Empfehlung!

We had a beautiful, relaxing stay. We were looking for somewhere off the beaten path to slow down after playing tourist in larger cities - and this was perfect! Still close to drive to places when we had needs. Very friendly hosts with a friendly dog that our daughters loved to play with. Will be recommending this stay!

We had a wonderful time at Luca’s beautiful house on the island of Albarella. The house was absolutely amazing — honestly even better than the pictures! It was spacious, beautifully furnished, and had everything we needed for a perfect vacation with our two teenagers. Luca is a fantastic host: very friendly, quick to respond, and full of great tips that really helped us make the most of our stay. We especially loved relaxing at the beach, swimming in the peaceful lagoon right behind the house, and watching the sunsets from the terrace. We can definitely recommend Luca’s place and we would love to come back again!

die Unterkunft ist ausreichend groß mit einem Schlafzimmer, einem Wohnzimmer einer kleinen Küche und Bad. die Lage ist traumhaft mit Blick auf den See und einen kleinen Strand gibt es auch in direkter Nähe:) die Unterkunft war sauber und die Küche ist mit allen notwendigen Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. wir kommen gerne wieder

L'appartement correspond aux photos et à la description, il est complet, il y a tout ce qu'il faut, le parking est un gros plus. La vue est époustouflante, on peut rester des heures à regarder le paysage, ça nous fait vite oublier les désagréments de la route (bcp de passage lors de notre venue et énormément de moto, prévoyez les bouchons d'oreilles si vous avez le sommeil léger). L'arrêt de bus, juste à côté, est très pratique pour aller à Bellagio, Nesso ou Côme (mais attention à bien choisir vos jours de déplacement pour éviter la foule). Merci pour ces quelques jours de déconnection.

Excellent! We had everything we needed for our one night stay. Wish we could have enjoyed it for longer. Very charming environment. Great host!

Es war wie im Paradies! Ein riesengrossen Garten, privat Strand- was will man mehr… Ein Ausflug nach Orta mit dem Schiff ( unbedingt!!!) Hund Mogli hat es auch sehr gut gefallen 😄
