Vacation rentals with a home theater in Northeast Italy

The house is in a great location, with amazing views of the mountains. We loved Niederdorf – such a cute little town. It’s a short walk into the center of town with easy access to busses and trains, plus a few restaurants and bakeries. If you want even more dining options, Dobbiaco is a short drive or train ride away (we would highly recommend Restaurant Winkelkeller). The kitchen was well appointed with everything we needed, including lots of Nespresso coffee pods. Two of the bedrooms are quite large, but be forewarned that the two single beds are in an extremely small room. It would probably work ok for young children but it’s not ideal for adults.

Ho soggiornato in questa meravigliosa casa vacanze e ne sono rimasta davvero colpita. La posizione è perfetta, comodissima per girare in città. La casa unisce bene elementi antichi e moderni: nella stanza ci sono affreschi del 600’ e l’arredamento è curato e di buon gusto. La cucina c’è tutto il necessario per cucinare comodamente. L’ascensore rende molto comodo salire e scendere, soprattutto con i bagagli. Il/la host ha davvero buon gusto, si vede in ogni dettaglio. È stata un’esperienza bella e interessante, la consiglio!

Enrico ist ein perfekter Gastgeber, der sich sehr kümmert, um den Aufenthalt angenehm zu gestalten. Er ist kurzfristig erreichbar gewesen und hat stets schnell kommuniziert.

This is one of the nicest Airbnbs we’ve stayed in. Franziska and Renato made us feel genuinely welcome from the beginning. They reached out to ask about arrangements for our son and our expected arrival time so they could leave a small welcome gesture. On our second day, they kindly offered us some of their homemade bread for the morning of our checkout. The apartment is perfect for a family or two with children. It includes two bedrooms, a living room, a spacious dining area, a baby and toddler play zone with plenty of toys and games, a well-equipped kitchen, and a cozy room for reading or working. The design strikes a beautiful balance between Swiss heritage and modern style, creating a warm and inviting family-holiday atmosphere. Although the rain kept us from enjoying the garden, it looked like a natural and seamless extension of the home. I truly hope I’ll have the chance to visit again!

Out of the way but still walkable to everywhere. It’s up quite a few flights of stairs with no elevator in the building, and the roads to get there are mostly cobbled, so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Everything was clean and worked properly. Netflix account being usable was appreciated.

This place was the perfect place to stay in Florence. It was close enough to the hustle and bustle to walk to easily but far enough that you felt like you had some space from the crowds. There are plenty of restaurants, gelato places, little grocery stores, etc. within short walking distances. We enjoying our evening strolls to dinner and drinks. It is a straight shot to get to the Ponte Vecchio and other prominent places. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was much appreciated after our long, hot days outside. Having two bathrooms for 3 people was the icing on the cake. Would highly recommend this place!

스위스 여행 중 제일 좋았던 숙소입니다 호스트분은 친절하고 불편하지않도록 챙겨주었고 생활하는 1층도 깔끔했습니다. 주방에는 모든 식기와 기구가 구비 되어있었으며 호스트의 수제 올리브오일도 최고였어요. 언어가 달랐지만 전혀 불편함이 없었어요. 근처 숙박해야된다면 매우 추천합니다.

Super séjour chez Raffi, petit village très sympa avec de belles caves. La maison est spacieuse et très bien équipée. Merci pour l’accueil!

Beautiful home in a beautiful area. Can step from the backyard onto miles and miles of beautiful hiking trails to the nearby, incredible views from the second outdoor dinner table, house was clean and surprisingly well-equipped for how rural the area is (dependable power, warm shower, thoroughly well-stocked kitchen with a dishwasher, comfortable beds, clean and delicious spring water available from the taps, the works). Host was very responsive and helped with issues, even despite not being in the area the weekend of our visit, and they sent someone (Marco) to help bring our things, drive to and from the town center, and treat us to some local wine and fresh bread when we arrived. Marco was also very responsive, one text away, and happy to help with anything that we needed. Overall a really comfortable and beautiful accommodation. Would happily stay again.

We arrived at Sonia’s place late evening where Sonia and her husband met us on arrival. She explained everything to us and had left a tray of fresh vegetables, fruit and bread which was a lovely. The house and garden was beautiful, along with a lovely swimming pool which was rather chilly but we still swam in it and found it very refreshing! It was peaceful and private, the house was immaculate and Sonia was very approachable and easy to get hold of. I would highly recommend this place to stay at, we loved it. One day we may be back, who knows!

Le logement est à proximité des commerces. il vous suffit de traverser la route et vous êtes directement sur la plage. Nous avons pu nous baigner après la visite des 5 Terres, que du bonheur🫶 Le lit est très confortable. Roxana est vraiment adorable, très gentille et est très à l'écoute de ces hôtes. Je recommande ce logement qui vous permettra de faire une très belle parenthèse loin de la foule.🌞

Ci siamo trovati benissimo con Elisa , super disponibile a qualsiasi ora e gentilissima . Appartamento a pochissimi metri dal mare , e dal centro di Igea Marina . Consigliatissimo !

Wir hatten tolle Tage in der Unterkunft, es war sehr ordentlich und die Küche war sehr gut ausgestattet. Wir hatten mit dem Wetter nicht sehr glück, konnten jedoch den „Fernsehraum“ ausgiebig nutzen. Es wurde immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen reagiert und wir fühlten uns toll aufgehoben. Der kleine Badeabschnitt ist ein Highlight und mir konnten noch die SUP Bretter nutzen, hat sehr spass gemacht.

Very cozy and spacious space, good value for money. Alexandra is very responsive to all the questions I have. The location is convenient - though not walking distance to the more “touristy” spots - it has well connection to both the Duomo area and Navigli via tram 1 and 10 respectively. The Arco della Pace area and chinatown are all close by, offering a lot of dining options. Recommended!

Nous avons bcp apprécié notre séjour a Lavagna dans l'appartement d'Alessandro, meublé avec goût, avec du matériel de qualité , spacieux et très confortable. Les gens du quartier où nous résidions étaient très aimables et nous nous sommes sentis tout de suite a l'aise. Il y a un boulanger et un traiteur de pâtes fraîches à qq metres de l'appartement qui sont un vrai plus. Alessandro était de bon conseil, très sympathique et répondait rapidement a toutes nos questions, que ce soit a propos du logement ou des activités dans la région. Nous y retournerons assurément.

Het was echt prefect! Goede locatie, centraal, super fijne communicatie en heel veel goede en leuke tips ontvangen. Ontzettend genoten en zou zo terug gaan!

Appartement incroyable : grand, spacieux et très chaleureux. On s’y sent tout de suite bien ! Le quartier est super agréable, avec un Carrefour à 8 minutes à pied et une station de métro à seulement 5 minutes. Je recommande à 100 % !

Sehr geschmackvoll und sauber. Super Lage vom/zum Flughafen Linate. Tolle Lage abseits von Touristen mit sehr netten Bars und Restaurants im direkten Umfeld, Zentrum dennoch gut mit ÖPNV zu erreichen. Toller Host! Jederzeit wieder!

Anna’s place is nice, quiet and with a beautiful terrace. It has lots of space for 4 people. The neighborhood is lovely, lots of places to eat and shop and in a walking distance from duomo. Anna was easy to communicate and responded quickly.
