Het is te huur als B&B maar ook als vakantiewoning voor een langere periode. Er is o.a. een Grand Cafe De Post om de hoek waar heerlijk gegeten kan worden en een pizza eettentje Giovanni Midwoud die ook bezorgd. Er is tegen betaling een motorbootje aanwezig. Een weekend weg, stedentrip Amsterdam/Alkmaar, bosrijke fietsroutes of vertoeven aan zee… Wees welkom hier tot rust te komen, je nachtrust te pakken en opladen voor de volgende dag. Het station, supermarkten, drogist, bakker en restaurants zijn slechts op een minuut loopafstand. De buurt van dit gastenverblijf is echt van alle gemakken voorzien. Het in 2020 aangebouwde verblijf heeft een aparte douche en toilet beneden en boven een woon/slaapkamer. Er is geen kookgelegenheid of buitenruimte.

This holiday house in the back of my garden offers the excellent retreat if you want to experience the beauty of the Dutch dunes and beaches and escape the hectic city life. The house is located in a quiet street, walking distance from the beach (10 min) . Egmond aan Zee is one of the most beautiful areas in The Netherlands only 30 minutes by train from Amsterdam (station Heiloo is 5 km from Egmond aan Zee). Excellent for hikes and cycling. There is a storage for the bikes with the house.
