This double farmhouse dates from the 17th century. A beautiful holiday home of more than 100m2 has recently been built in the front house behind the barn doors. All facilities are located on the ground floor. Such as a spacious sitting area with views of the West-Frisian Circular Dyke, a cooking island and a spacious bathroom with a free-standing bath and separate shower. There is a garden with a terrace. The sea is within cycling distance, where the quietest beaches of the Netherlands are located.

We built it with much love and fun in a creative, organic way from recycled, found and donated materials. The (20 square m.) little house is simple, but under the care of a big Douglas Pine tree and with enough basic elements in kitchen, house and own private garden you can feel relaxed safe and happy! 26 km from Amsterdam 24 km Utrecht 5,6 km Hilversum 200m from nature!

With great enthusiasm, we renovated our old Mansion and restored it to its original state. On the bell floor, we have created an apartment that we are now renting out. The house is in a lively neighborhood a 5 minute walk to the city center and at 4 minutes walk to the train station from where you can be at Amsterdam Central Station within 34 minutes. The apartment was recently renovated with a lot of attention and equipped with all comforts, completely for your own use with balcony.

Ons zelf ontworpen huisje ligt midden in de velden, op 45 minuten rijden van Amsterdam. Het staat op een kleinschalig recreatiepark, waar wij ook een ander huisje hebben onder de naam Familie Buitenhuys. Je slaapt in een volledig huisje met vloerverwarming en alle comfort. In de master bedroom staat een bad bij het raam, met uitzicht over de weilanden. Vanuit het bad zie je Nederland in zijn puurste vorm. Licht, eigenzinnig en speels ingedeeld. Maximaal 4 personen + baby.

Enjoy "A little sea time"

Our cozy holiday bungalow in the park "de Watersnip" in the coastal village of Petten are close to the beach and the canals leading around the park. From the parking lot, you go by a small shell path to our private, hedge-lined retreat. The Park de Watersnip, where our sea time is located, also has great leisure activities (pool, etc.) available to our tenants & guests. Unique accommodation in the garden of an old church. The Tiny house is small in size but large in living space! Relax on the terrace or in the forest garden. Dream away in the hot tub (optional €45 first day/€25 next days, will be stoked for you) under the stars and enjoy the silence. Wake up with sunrise and a view over the meadows.
