Vacation rentals with a fire pit in North Carolina

Great in the trees home. It was a great last minute find that made our mountain trip lovely. Very good location for hiking and boating along Lake Glenville.

I love the country feeling. I felt like it was my home away from home. I really enjoyed my stay. Marcia was very pleasant and got right back to me when i had a question. Very great host. I will definitely rent again when i’m in the area. I also told my friends about the Airbnb. Thanks again to the great host.

The home was even more amazing than described! It was incredibly spacious, impeccably clean, and absolutely beautiful. Every detail was well thought out, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The host was very responsive and quick to address any questions I had, which made the experience even better. I would definitely love to stay here again!

Our family of 6 loved staying at Craig's place for our Thanksgiving get together. The home layout was perfect, the location convenient and it was nice to be able to bring the fur-babies too. Craig was always available to answer any questions and we felt right at home. Highly recommend!

My family and I had a nice weekend getaway at the property. It was very spacious and accommodating. We loved the bathrooms especially. The backyard area was very spacious and nice as well. I can imagine how much more beautiful it will be when the lake is full again. The only thing that was different for us was not having curtains or blinds in the whole back area (sunroom,back door, kitchen) and the front windows of the home. We live in the city area where we stay so we’re use to some sort of closure. Other than that definitely worth the price. Would highly recommend this property and come back again ourselves. Absolutely everything was perfect and what we expected. We really appreciated the back yard, for us and our dog. Great hot tub. The location, in a residential neighborhood, was perfect for walking around Black Mountain. It was quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend!

Our stay was smooth from start to finish. Karla and Jhoanna were incredibly responsive, even with our late-night arrival, and made sure we felt welcomed and comfortable. The house was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing. Clear instructions made everything easy, and the neighborhood was quiet and pleasant. We’d definitely stay here again. Carolyn's place is very clean, safe, beautiful, and loaded with all anyone might need during a stay. The location and view are amazing! Carolyn is very responsive and friendly. I enjoyed my trip and cannot wait to go back!

Randy's place will be the first place I look for on my return. He was friendly and very helpful to me finding things to do and see. His place was clean, and most of all very cozy. It was private with a small porch to sit and have morning coffee outside. Only a 2 mile drive to the ocean beach was a plus. Convenience grocery store right across the street. Awesome place.

Cindi was beyond amazing. Best bnb host ive had. Everything was perfect.

It was really easy to find due to the directions that were given to us before arrival. There was a book on the counter with places people enjoyed going, take out menus, and reviews of local attractions. The space was clean and had everything we needed. It wasn’t as private as some of the others we’ve stayed in but it was a nice area.

We enjoyed our stay and were impressed with the cleanliness and private stay. We were able to escape for a few days and relax!

quaint easy to find cabin, 10 minutes from the world and far enough away to feel alone in the woods. House had everything we needed. Instructions were great and you can tell the host care about the property

We booked a last minute stay for spring break. It was exactly what we were looking for, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, with a little fun for all of us. We loved the creek running right outside the cabin next to the fire pit, made for an extra fun night next to the campfire! The cabin was exactly as described, spacious, clean, and had everything you needed for your stay. We would venture out to hiking trails during the day, then head back in to relax by the fire for the night. Cynthia had tons of suggestions and there was a binder on the table with local places, things to do etc. which made it very helpful.

Accurate photographs of the room and surroundings. Perfect directions to find the location. I just wish there was an extra blanket. I have no other complaints about this listing and I would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was spotless and well-maintained, with a beautiful mountain view that made every morning feel special. The location was perfect—peaceful, yet with easy access to everything we needed. The drive up to the cabin is steep in several parts, so just keep that in mind! Our host was incredibly responsive and helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend!
