Cozy, clean home on a beautiful beach. We enjoyed the amenities including walkout beach access, beach chairs & umbrellas, the pool, and the fitness center. The location is great — right in the middle of the island — so we got to explore shops and restaurants at both Emerald Isle and Beaufort during our stay!

The house was very clean and spacious. It was exactly what my family of 16 needed. I wish we could have stayed longer than the 3 days we were there. It would have been amazing to explore the grounds some more.

We used the Air BNBs as we were getting married across the street for all our friends to stay in and it was so nice and convenient. Clean, easy to accesss, convenient, and really great.

Had a wonderful, restful time during our stay. The views were amazing and we spent most of our time on the porch and by the pool. A little tricky with the tide and our boat, but didn’t take long to navigate along with clear instructions provided by the host. Would definitely stay here again!

My family and I came for Spring Break, 2025 and to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The house was more than we expected! There was enough room for 5 adults, 5 teenagers, and 2 kids under 10 years old. We really enjoyed the home, area, and being so close to the beach. I would definitely recommend this home.

This house is a showplace. It is immaculate, beautiful, well appointed and a good location. Melanie is a great host. You can feel the love in her place. It is really nice. She was easy to work with, the house was clean, we lacked for nothing. The beds were comfortable, the kitchen was very nice, spacious and again spotless. I would stay there again without hesitation.

The accommodations and appliances were new and modern. Excellent bathroom set up with double vanities and a big shower. The view from the living room and bedroom was just spectacular!!! Mountain Air Resort community was first class. The road was paved and maintained very well. Beautiful landscaping everywhere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return to this very home in the future!!!

This place is AMAZING!! More than enough room for our family which included 10 adults and 2 small children. The decor was beautiful and the home was comfortable and homey. Krista and Graciano were super responsive and very accommodating. They went above and beyond by leaving things like beach toys and swim goggles for the kids, some fun hats for Memorial Day, and everything we needed to make s’mores. Our family owned a home in Chimney Rock that we completely lost due to hurricane Helene. It had become tradition for Memorial Day to be the designated weekend for our entire family to come together. It was so hard to not be able to continue that tradition this year. Although very different, Graciano and Krista’s home was the perfect place for us to continue our Memorial Day tradition. The home has so much to offer on its own that we barely used any of the amazing amenities that the resort has to offer!

What a great place for a small group to stay with plenty of space and privacy. We had a small family only wedding that accommodated all of our 12 guests for the weekend comfortably. The property was more private than I expected with beautiful surrounding inside and out.

My family and my aunt, uncle, cousins, and grandparents stayed at Salubrious View Too a handful of times when I was a kid. We’ve all had wonderful memories of this house, view, and sunset beach. This year, my parents and aunt and uncle are the grandparents, we are the parents, and the cousins’ children are the grandchildren. Amazing to be able to carry on the tradition to another generation. So thankful for our time at Salubrious View Too and cannot wait to return again.

We had a wonderful family reunion at Knollwood Manor and Tyler was so helpful in all aspects! The house was perfect for our family of 10 adults with everyone having their own bedroom and bathroom which you don't find in many of the rental homes. The house is located in such a peaceful setting with lots of Southern charm. We couldn't have asked for better accommodations or service from Tyler. Great house!!

Highly recommend this place! We rented it for a bridal/bachelorette party weekend for five women, and it was marvelous! Early instructions about check in were informative. We lived in the hot tub. When there was an issue on Friday evening, we contacted the host who responded within the hour. Kitchen worked great for our personal French cooking lesson. We had a blast playing pool downstairs. And oh how the beds were comfortable, with great sheets to boot! Great views out the living room and kitchen to enjoy your morning coffee. What a great place!

LOVE LOVE LOVE. I can't say enough how wonderful this rental is. The photos does not due the property justice. This vacation exceeded my expectations tenfold. The vacation included my parents and my 11YO border collie. My border collie loves swimming but is older and not able to jump from the dock, however was able to use the beach with ease. Loved going on a morning walks down the street littered with amazing lake views from both sides of the peninsula then using the fire pit in the evenings by the lake. We ended up night fishing with great success; my dad caught 20 fish in one night! As for local recommendations, we followed the dinner recs to the letter without disappoint. The only negative, besides going home 🙄 , was the living room furniture isn't the most comfortable as the couch is a bit lower than typical. However, this was very minor as our main places to lounge revolved around the lake and outdoor features. Overall, I have no regrets and will definitely return

If you are looking for a home on the lake with stunning views from almost every room, look no further. You will enjoy your meals looking out at the lake, a cozy fire and a lake view, or lounging lazily on a memory foam mattress with the lake in view. However, the view isn’t all you will enjoy. There are enough televisions for everyone’s tastes, games, beach towels, a pool, deck furniture, a fire pit, and a covered dock. Surely everyone will find something to do. I was really impressed at how clean the house was, how well-stocked the kitchen was, and the thoughtfulness of providing toiletries/Kleenex. Mike and Jorge are definitely super hosts!

We loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous, and convenient to everything Wilmington and Carolina Beach has to offer. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house was welcoming and clean.

We really enjoyed our weekend! The house was beautiful, spacious, clean and had everything we needed. And the view was breathtaking! It was the perfect place for our whole family to gather and celebrate our son’s graduation from WCU!

Great place and location — will book in the future!

We absolutely loved how close this was to the beach, without staying on the beach. It was easily walkable with our 2 kids (ages 5 & 6). The pool was an added bonus, and we rented a cabana for one day, which I highly recommended. The salty rim (delish tacos and margs), kind coffee, and corolla light shops were all within walking distance. The home was clean, organized and comfortable making it truly feel like home. Highly recommend staying here!

I decided last minute that I needed a getaway with some relaxation and an stress-free time. John’s place popped up to the top of the results list. I had never booked anything where you shared space but I decided to give it a try because of the good reviews and the fact that my husband’s name was John. I just felt like it was ok and safe. I’m glad I decided to try it. Both John’s and Diana were super sweet and so helpful.The house is beautiful.The rooms have top of the line bedding and beautiful decor. The kitchen was stocked with some food and John cooked several times for people. I’ve never had that at a place before so that was so helpful on saving some money with eating out. Plus they had garden tomatoes so I enjoyed like 10 tomato sandwiches.The animal tour was so cool. It was amazing to me to see how many animals , especially birds. It was really impressive; feeding the lemurs lollipops & holding the baby wallaby, Casper, was really cool.i highly recommend!! I will be back. Thanks

This made a perfect spot for our family of 6. So close to beach and pool what more could we ask for. Super clean and exceeded our expectations. Inside stocked with games; boogie boards and a couple beach chairs we used as well. Definitely recommend!

This location was perfect for a wedding we attended at a local venue in OIB. The third floor of the condo is perfectly pictured as-is in the listing, a great view to enjoy a cup of coffee or evening cocktail on the third floor balcony. We appreciated the individual bedroom/bathroom space we each had for getting ready and the responsiveness of the host when we had questions. We would absolutely consider this condo again for another visit to OIB! Thanks for a lovely stay!
