Bungalow vacation rentals in North Carolina

For my first time renting an Airbnb it was overall a great experience, and filled with lots of memories because of this place (6 people in total) plenty of room for all of us the kitchen table is big which is really nice and the outdoor deck is what really sold us, enough outside seating as well. The hot tub was great. The neighborhood was very relaxed and quiet.

We had a great stay! It was super convenient to the beach. We easily walked even with a baby and small child. It was very clean. We would recommend for a small family.

Our family of 4 loved our stay at the oceanfront bungalow! It was very clean and the beds were comfortable. I loved the modern updates and cute decor :) You can't beat the location and views! Gwynne and her team were super friendly and responsive. 10/10 recommend if you're looking for a place to stay in Oak Island and we will definitely be back one day :)

This is the perfect Airbnb for Carolina Beach! A short 5min walk to the boardwalk and the beach as well as several restaurants. Other restaurants are a short 5-10min drive away. The area was very quiet and peaceful despite being so close to everything, and the inside matched the description and photos perfectly! The linens were all spotless and seemed new! The bed was incredibly comfy and the bathroom was clean. The bathtub was a luxurious treat! I will definitely book this place again!

This was our second stay at this perfect beach cottage. Amanda and Stephen, Wesley or so accommodating for some unexpected issues that we had. The house is immaculately clean. The furnishings are wonderful especially the couch was so comfortable. The kitchen is stocked. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The front porch was one of our favorite places in the morning sitting in the Adirondack chairs with our coffee. There is a lot of privacy and the home sits on a very nice street. The beach access is at the end of the street so it is a very short walk and you’re on the beach. We rented a golf cart and we were able to have access to most all restaurants and activities from their home. There were four of us and we had plenty of room. They added special touches with snacks and games and beach towels for us to use. It’s a lovely home and we had a great time. Thank you, Amanda and Stephen Wesley!

Talai was very helpful. The rental exceeded expectations. Great Value. Perfect for myself, my wife our young adult children and even my elderly father. The rental is newly renovated. Professionally designed. And, even set up for a working vacation. Would most certainly accomodate up to 8. But, up to 5 is comfortable. The owners even had beach toys available for responsible use. Walking distance to public beach access. But, at southern tip..... it is very private. All of the "action" is about 10-20 minute drive up the Isle. My family had a nice time. We loved having food within walking distance. The pool and pool area was clean and inviting.

This was a beautiful place. I loved the handcrafted decor. It felt personal and very much like what I might put together for a beach house of my own. Everything was as described and the location was absolutely unbeatable when it comes to beach access and ease of getting to local grocery stores and restaurants.

Sharon went above and beyond to assure we were happy, informed and comfortable. She was friendly and made us feel at ease and comfortable to ask for any assistance with area recommendations. I would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at Johanne’s bungalow. I’m hopeful we can book again on our next trip to NC. Johanne was very responsive and helpful.

My husband and I loved staying at Jennifer’s place! We needed a relaxing and comfortable few days to recharge and that’s exactly what we got. The bed was comfy, the outdoor shower was lovely, and we walked to everywhere we needed to go. The house was lovely and squeaky clean. We felt right at home. We’ll definitely come back.

We had a great time at the Bladen Bungalow! The hosts were super responsive and friendly. The house was clean and well stocked with everything you could need.

My daughter and I came to town for a wedding. The home was cute, cozy, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. We weren't familiar with the area and found this home to be conveniently located—close to everything but still peaceful and quiet. The space was clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully decorated. I’d happily stay there again.

We stayed 5 days at the home and loved it! Our trip was to visit family, and this was the perfect retreat after long days of constantly being on the go doing things. It was just my dog Bella and myself. Bella is small, 7 pounds and the yard was great for her as the fence all around was able to let her out & just watch her while she chased bunnies, squirrels and her frisbee. She thoroughly enjoyed it as well as chasing the cicadas which were still buzzing! LOL. The home was comfy, had everything we needed. It is at the end of a street that is quiet and when inside you do not hear the interstate traffic, even when sitting in the backyard it becomes like white noise you tend to not notice it. The home had good information about things to do and places to go in Asheville, as well as being within walking distance for Weaverville's shops, restaurants and Lake Louise park for walking. We hope to be able to book it again in the future as we found it delightful!

The Bungalow was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway in Asheville! We had a car so getting around was easy from the location. The bed was super comfy (but very squishy, something to mind if you prefer a firmer bed) and large. The shower was excellent and we had all the amenities we needed for a few days. The hosts were friendly and gave us our privacy but were responsive when we had questions. Overall I would definitely recommend this spot for a trip to Asheville :) thanks again for having us!
