Everything is no problem from the cozy accommodation overlooking the Karl-Heine Canal. Currently, there are animals (including camels) on the Jahrtausendfeld, of course without guarantee. Distance to the central station and the city center only 5 min. by tram or 20 min. on foot, a tram station is just outside the door. Various shops, restaurants and bars and cafes in the immediate vicinity. You live in my fully equipped, private apartment where you can use everything. The balcony invites you in the warm season for breakfast or a glass of wine.

Enjoy your vacation in our vacation home and get to know a piece of Leipzig Neuseenland. From our apartment it is about a 10-minute walk to Kulkwitzer Lake with several beaches, restaurants, a water ski facility, sauna, and a high ropes course. Boat trips and dives are also possible. In the immediate vicinity, the tram takes you directly to the center of Leipzig. On site there are several shopping opportunities. Your relaxing vacation can now begin.
