Until the famous Leipzig Zoo is a 15 minute walk. The vacation home has 160 square meters of living space and 5 bedrooms for 10 plus 2 people. It is located in the middle of the Leipzig Neuseenland on Lake Hain 20 km south of Leipzig. The core of the house is a 70 square meter dining/living room with huge windows, a long dining table and a fireplace. There are two large terraces, from the upper one you have a view far over the lake. The house was deliberately designed for sociable days in a larger group. For the children there are many books, toys and a playground.

Walks and bike rides into the entire Neuseenland can start directly from the vacation home. Bicycles and motorcycles can be parked, 2 car parking spaces. Shopping center (Pösna Park) in the neighboring village. There are several lakes in the immediate vicinity. Highways A14 and A38 in the neighboring towns. 15 minutes to Leipzig and Grimma.

Top renovated air-conditioned apartment in the attic

The guest apartment is located in the completely newly converted attic of our house. It includes a living area with kitchen, 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom. The nearest supermarket is less than 1 km away and the bakery is only a 2-minute walk. If necessary, a bread roll service is possible on Saturdays. Riesa is located approximately midway between the cities of Leipzig and Dresden directly on the beautiful Elbe. The Elbe Cycle Path is about 3 km away.

Beautiful, secluded and very quiet property at the end of the small village. Beautiful view from the upper terrace over the Elbe landscape and the Elbe. The Elbe is about 400 m away. The Alte Elbe Kathewitz Nature Reserve begins 200 m away. Large hedges to the neighboring properties and a separate door to the Elbe dam. The house is good for up to 4 people. With an extra bed, however, it can also accommodate up to 6 people. Please feel free to ask.

The city of Leipzig can be reached in about 15 minutes and by S-Bahn train you are in the city center in 20 minutes.

Be our guests! We offer accommodation for up to 5 people in a separate apartment in a historic villa with large terrace and garden. The location is centrally located in the Lindenau district and well connected to public transport. On the street side, we run a small wine shop. You are just as welcome there as in our guest apartment. We will gladly give you advice and tips about our city over a glass of wine. Looking forward to seeing you soon!

It has a double bedroom, TV and desk on the upper floor, a small bedroom with single bed and sofa bed for one person and a small bathroom with toilet and sink. In the basement there is a kitchen (no dishwasher), living room with fireplace and TV, bathroom with shower and toilet. The garden invites you to relax. Children and pets are welcome!

The unusual apartment in industrial design is ideal for a trip to Leipzig due to its central but still quiet location. Your day begins relaxed with an extensive breakfast on the 3 m wide French balcony. Then you get on the S-Bahn station 300 m away and explore Leipzig during the day. In the evening, you can cook something delicious or go to the nearby "Karli" and end the evening in the whirlpool bathtub.
