Live right on the Karl-Heine Canal in the creative west of Leipzig. Art is at home here: Baumwollspinnerei, West-, Buntgarn- and Kunstkraftwerk – everything is nearby. From here, you can start rowing tours on the canal, visit the hip Senegalese gastronomy or excursions to the Leipzig Neuseenland. Urban life and recreation are close together. The nest is quiet, yet offers a full neighborhood feeling – a cozy place overlooking the canal and millennium field in the middle of the "artists' district".

Live in a very nice guest house near the Lutherstadt Wittenberg directly on the Elbe cycle path, only 1 km from the train station and 5 km from the historic old town. Our guest house is about 42 sqm, it was completely renovated and stylishly furnished in 2024. The house has its own kitchen, dining table, sofa bed and bathroom. Since the bathroom in the guest house does not have a shower, there is another bathroom with shower right next to it in the main house, which can be reached at any time.

In a lovingly renovated, listed three-sided courtyard, the guest apartment is located in the upper part of the former stable building. Just a few steps out to the courtyard and you are in the middle of the countryside: in the beautiful Muldental, the landscape and various sights invite you to take long walks, bike tours and excursions. The village of Höfgen is located between Leipzig and Dresden and, with its listed half-timbered houses, is one of the most beautiful villages in Saxony.

Haus Sonnenschein am Gröberner See

My accommodation is located in the municipality of Muldestausee in the district of Gröbern. Gröbern is a small place with 800 inhabitants. In 10 minutes you can reach the Gröberner See, which invites you to swim and relax. There you can rent bicycles, sub s, boats and fins for a fee in the forest resort. By bike you can explore the entire area from Wörlitzer Gartenreich to Goitzsche. Leipzig and Halle are not far either. The new outlet center FOC can be reached in 25 minutes.

Guest rooms in the idyllic village invite you to linger, enjoy doing nothing and just relax. Kleinrössen is located about 100 km south of Berlin - between Herzberg and Falkenberg. Dresden/Leipzig is also not too far away. Falkenberg is very easy to reach by regional train. It is also an attractive tour by bicycle (XXX/KR), for example via the Elbe cycle path. There is a beautiful surrounding area with good bike paths, lakes and the Schwarze Elster; in short: pure nature.
