The apartment is in the 2nd floor / attic of our beautiful historic villa from 1904. The apartment can accommodate 2 adult sleeping guests and max. 2 children. The apartment has a large bathroom with shower, a living and sleeping area with open kitchen and dining area. The built-in kitchen is new and fully furnished.

Just behind the house, nature begins with fields, meadows and trees. If you get up early, you can watch wild deer directly at the garden fence with a little luck.

My apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the lively and popular Karl-Liebknecht-Straße. Here you will find a wide selection of bars, restaurants, etc. Just around the corner there is a gym and several shopping options. The city center is about 2 km away. Tram, bus, parks, art and culture are all very close. My place is great for couples, solo travelers and adventurers.
