Elizabeth's space is synonymous with tranquility. Location near the beach, street monitored by cameras, shopping within a 15-minute walk. The house is huge and the yard is not even mentioned. I checked out wanting to stay a few more days. It will definitely be my stop for the next visit.

The house of Alfredo is very nice to be: comfortable, airy, swimming pool, a very nice view...The location is great, because very close to the beach of Piratininga (which is super quiet and good to relax) and Alfredo is a sympathy (received me super well presenting the house). A wonderful stay!

Staying at Marcela's place was a great pleasure! In addition to comfort, space and lots of fruit on the tree, there is a loving atmosphere of peace and welcome that transcends the ability of words. The terrace was designed for contemplation, offering a hammock to relax in with a stunning view of the lagoon and Piratininga beach, while you have a pitanga tree to savor, and at night an indirect green light makes the space even more cozy. I went to celebrate my birthday with my family! We spent a wonderful weekend. The house is beautiful, clean and comfortable and with a wonderful view. The house is huge and even more beautiful in person. I want to highlight Fabio's kindness and quick responses, who from the beginning was impeccable in communication. Excellent! That's the only word to describe Raquel's house and our stay. The place is identical to the photos and super cozy, clean, comfortable and has everything you need for a good stay, including the kitchen (a point that many houses usually leave to be desired). For those who go with pets, you can rest assured that there is no risk of them running away or entering any bushes (the whole house is walled, with privacy and linear). Raquel is a great host, very sweet, attentive and responds super fast. You want to live there forever. We'll be back more often for sure.

Great accommodation, I felt at home, spacious apartment, very well equipped kitchen, were provided towels, pillows and sheets, mega cozy spaces. The hosts were very requested in everything, including in relation to check-in, which was ultimately super easy, as was the checkout About location, in the same block there are markets, gas station and pharmacy. A few minutes walk away, there is a mall, quadra, ferry, extra market and several amazing niteroi museums.

Excellent apartment, super complete (kitchen with several good appliances and all utensils, I just felt the lack of a water dispenser). Good towels, bedding, toiletries in the bathroom (there was a new, sealed soap). There was even a first aid kit and an umbrella. It is two blocks from Ipanema beach and is surrounded by restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. I felt at home, it didn't feel like an Airbnb apartment but a home, the care with the details (decoration, books, etc). It has a great smart TV in the living room, larger than indicated in the listing. It has two balconies, one in the living room and one in the bedroom. The street is very busy with cars, but the windows greatly reduce the noise. I had to stay 1 more day in the city and the reservation was changed very quickly. I just have to thank Merc and Eva.

Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful.

It was great! Very well received, 1km from the boardwalk, so great for walking. The apartment was well organized and clean! I had an excellent stay.

Really great apartment, very well equipped to make you feel home, confortable beds and quality bedding. Location is ideal for exploring the city on foot. Parks, restaurants and bakeries at your doorstep. Having off street parking is perfect if you rent a car while in Rio.

Fabio is a very friendly host and the apartment is well located in Ipanema. The area is walkable and I found many places to go to from there. Overall, great experience !
