Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Niterói

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

I want to keep it registered, that my stay was wonderful, the hosts welcomed us very well, super cozy, gave us tips from restaurants and establishments in general. In the residence all very clean, organized, I felt at home. The spectacular pool, always clean. My pet loved it all, ran a lot and did not stare the place, nor the people. 16 years of very well celebrated married. I'll get back to you. Thank you

We were extremely pleased with the house that in person is even more beautiful and cozy. Kitchen prepared with all the necessary items in great condition and in very good taste. Perfect gourmet area, tub with hydro brought comfort to relax dps of the beach day. Impeccable bathrooms, very clean and smelling bed and bath linens. Condomínio offers a good structure from the pool to a market that in our case was useful. Bernardo received us very well always mto solita! We'll definitely be back soon!

The stay was wonderful! Very clean house, cozy, the place is super quiet, for those who want peace and quiet, it is the ideal place. The shops are a little far away, but none of that matters if you're looking to rest. The hosts, Jhe, Fernando and Cléo, were super friendly and responded very quickly. But what really caught my attention was the D. Cleo, she is the most high-spirited, super nice, helpful and funny person I've ever met. My friends and I loved meeting you. Certainly, as soon as we can, we will return there, not only for the space that is WONDERFUL, but for the friendliness and affection of the hosts, especially D. Cléo. Well-equipped house, great space and very well located. Very close to Camboinhas beach, in a super quiet neighborhood! We spent the Easter holiday and we really enjoyed it! The condominium is super quiet and the house is well located. The only point that can improve is in relation to the curtains of the rooms, which are very thin and a lot of light comes in as soon as dawn comes, it would be great to have blackout curtains.

Elaine was super flexible with our check-in time at the house. The place has a breathtaking view. Very close to the beaches, combined with peace and quiet. The house is well equipped, airy and very quiet.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

The view to the sea is simply stunning — waking up with that look was a privilege! Cintia was a perfect host: considerate, kind, and always available to help with whatever it took. The condominium is excellent, with great leisure and 24-hour security options, which left us very quiet throughout the stay. I recommend it with my eyes closed! Julie’s place is amazing! A gorgeous apartment in a fantastic location, only minutes from the beach and many restaurants and cafes. The view of the ocean and the two brothers from the roof terrace is simply fantastic. We ate breakfast on the terrace every morning and watched the waves in the distance and the birds soaring overhead. The apartment itself is wonderfully cosy and bright and filled with plants and lovely mementos from Julie’s travels, which made it a very relaxing place to spend our evenings. My husband and I and two friends stayed at Julie’s place for five days and it was the perfect size for four people. Julie is a wonderful host, very friendly and easy to communicate with. I really can’t recommend her place enough. If I could give Julie and her place 10 stars I would. I will be planning my next trip to Rio around when her place is available.

Casa as advertised , if we feel at home , had the basic kitchen utensils like it's usually just for breakfast for us was great What you could have would be just that clothesline you miss for being an apartment and not having where to extend clothes just one observation, but no complaints about had our privacy at every moment that I needed or had a doubt she answered , I used a gym that has available in the condominium porters always very kind , had enough towels, comfortable sheets where it even met our expectations, close to everything 30min of Copacabana, Esper back sometime again Thank you Vaneza once again hope I have left the house in order

The apartment is fantastic - very well equipped, comfortable, with lots of practical solutions. It is perfect for both long and short stays in Rio. Right round the corner you will find the Botanical Garden and the Lage Park, as well as lots of cafes, restaurants, cool clothing shops, pharmacies and supermarkets. It can get a bit in the evening and at night due to heavy traffic, though. I would still recommend it!
