Dona Lúcia welcomed us at check-in with great sympathy, she even waited for us with the kindness of leaving a box of chocolates for Easter, the house is extremely cozy and well equipped, it was wonderful to take these days off! And we'll come back more often.

The place is exactly as described in the photos. The outdoor area is beautiful and accommodated our entire family. The pool is great and was even cleaned while we were at the house. The kitchen is fully equipped and the house has all the utensils to prepare the barbecue as well. Highlight for the bed linens, towels and cleaning of all environments. Leonardo was super helpful and clear in all instructions and answered me quickly every time I had questions. The house is perfect for gathering family and friends for a fun weekend in a comfortable and super quiet environment. It's well worth the investment!

Small and functional place for short stays, good location, clean and practical space. Reasonable cost-benefit for the period I went, which is why I don't like to travel in high season (cost). Marcus is always clarifying and helpful. Respond quickly to demands. We went with a little dog, and it was a great stay. We'll be back soon and recommended stay.

Without words to describe how much we love everything! Leda is a love, welcomed us very well, always very attentive and friendly. The house is simple but very well equipped and comfortable to stay, it resembles a lot of warmth of grandma's house, the rooms are great. The outdoor area is very spacious, great for going with the family and having a barbecue. I'm sure we'll be back again, I highly recommend!

Everything was perfect, the apartment is beautiful, modern, comfortable, and super well-equipped. The building is new, modern, and one block from the beach. Jorge is always available for my questions, super attentive. I recommend it 100%. They won't regret it.

Site clean and very well organized. Impeccable linens. Quiet environment, excellent for those who want or need to relax. Beautiful garden area perfect for those who are passionate about plants like me. Super helpful hosts. I've loved it and I'm sure I'll be back more often.

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

Jane's place is literally as the photos show: impeccable. Everything is clean and organized too much, making it very cozy. Jane,makes it a point to explain everything in detail,which makes it easy to stay. And it guides very well on the region, allowing us to enjoy every little corner of the locality without fear of inconvenience to come and go. In short,it was too nice to be in Cantinho da Vivi! Me and my family,we feel very welcome.
