Extremely new and well equipped Flat, I made food every day of lodging so it made me save too much. There is so much entertainment in the condominium itself that we don't even need to leave there, without mentioning the warmth and readiness of Allan, the host who was present in everything, had a day when I wanted to do a little hiding place and he asked me to deliver a brand-new platter there. My husband went to take a course and he informed that it did not take 10 minutes to get so close, very well located close to restaurants, malls, etc., one of the noble neighborhoods of Niterói. I am immensely grateful for the flexibility in both check in and check out, it made all the difference. I already miss waking up to the breathtaking view of the balcony. No doubt I will come back more often, thank you very much to everyone involved, it was incredible days.

We loved the apartment. It was neatly tidy, new pillows. Everything very clean and fragrant. The place is very quiet. The first day we had to work and wi-fi worked great for meetings. The location is good, you can walk to the beach. The doormen are very kind and considerate. If we have a chance, we will definitely come back.

What a wonderful place, I felt literally at home, a quiet place, super polite residents, clean apartment, very good structure, wonderful pool, I didn't even want to leave the building. Paulo was super attentive, always ready to answer any questions I had. I'll be back for sure ❤️

We had a wonderful stay at Sandra's apartment. The apartment is spacious, bright, comfortable and quiet. There is a swimming pool, the building staff is very attentive. The accommodation is ideally located close to the beach and food service and supermarket. I highly recommend the place and Sandra is very friendly.

Foot in the sand, fantastic pool, kiosk in front of the development. The ideal apartment for a couple with children, we went as a couple and it went super well. All advertised items were working, cleaning ok. An important observation, missing from the ad, the double bed is very high and totally outside the Brazilian standard, would need a ladder to climb (seriously), for us this did not disturb, comfortable bed.

We had a brilliant stay at the flat. It was as described and had everything we needed. The location is ideal if you would like to be close to the beach and it's not too far from restaurants and shops.
