Vacation rentals with a pool in Niterói

We had a great experience in this home! The space is large and airy and very comfortable. Everything was neat and tidy, and the place is super pleasant, ideal for resting. The hosts were super flexible with check-in and checkout, which made us very comfortable during the stay. The only suggestion of improvement would be in relation to the cleaning of the pool, which could be a little better taken care of. Overall, it was a great stay and I recommend!

The house is excellent. Organized, clean, spacious and cozy. Outdoor area is not even talked about. Marco Aurélio is an excellent very proactive and helpful host, always attentive in the messages, sent recommendations of great restaurants. I recommend it and we will definitely return.

Excellent space, with complete infrastructure, all desirable utensils and very good taste. Privileged location and easy to get to. It is located in the middle of the beach of Piratininga, height of the delirium kiosk, a space aimed at those who enjoy rock in roll, as in my case, our host, Bruno, was extremely kind and polite. I would definitely be staying again.

I want to keep it registered, that my stay was wonderful, the hosts welcomed us very well, super cozy, gave us tips from restaurants and establishments in general. In the residence all very clean, organized, I felt at home. The spectacular pool, always clean. My pet loved it all, ran a lot and did not stare the place, nor the people. 16 years of very well celebrated married. I'll get back to you. Thank you

The cordiality and concern for our well-being went far beyond simple positive points — they really marked our stay. The caring gesture of receiving us with a snack and a delicious Easter Colomba was charming! The property was impeccable: clean, cozy, with a very fragrant and pleasant atmosphere. The bed linens and towels were clean and fragrant, which made all the difference in our comfort. Everything exactly as shown in the photos and very well located. The house is great, but the attention and affection of Mr. Bento and Mrs. Cida are extraordinary! Always helpful, we bought wonderful juices and since we forgot the charcoal, he saved our barbecue! Every day asking if we needed anything, even taking a friend to the waterfront to see it! Best host I've met so far!

Excellent house! The view is beautiful and the house is super comfortable, with everything we needed!! The stay was great and Ana was super nice, serving us quickly whenever we asked! Our stay was excellent! Denis's apartment is exactly as described in the listing: clean, with a beautiful view and equipped with all the necessary utensils — highlighting the great refrigerator and stove. The place is very cozy and comfortable. We had a small issue with the bedroom lock and also with the shower, but Denis was super agile and helpful in the resolution. Another positive point was the condominium restaurant, which has live music. Denis always informed us carefully about the sights and menus of the day. I recommend the apartment and we will definitely return!

We had a great experience at Luciana's house. The duplex is very well located, with comfortable accommodations and a complete space, which includes everything from kitchenware to quality bedding. Everything was extremely clean, smelling and organized, providing a very enjoyable atmosphere. The hostess was extremely helpful and maintained great communication throughout the stay. An example of this was when we had a problem with the air conditioning: in a matter of minutes, Luciana triggered a reliable electrician, who quickly resolved the situation. My family and I feel very welcome and undoubtedly consider going back in the future. I recommend your stay!

The experience was great, the description of the apartment is perfect, the location is very good for walks, market, bars and restaurants, near the beach, quiet nights of sleep. We did not have the honor of meeting the hostess in person but the apartment gives signs to be a good person.
