The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

Carolina and Artur welcomed us, being super understanding with our delay in arrival. The house was clean and suitable for use. The location is very good, but it is undergoing sanitation works, so the streets are not paved and there were a huge amount of mosquitoes and gnats, facts that, of course, cannot be attributed to Carolina and Artur. In addition, we had a small problem with the gate lock, but we were promptly assisted by Artur, who solved it immediately. I recommend the home and the Host. I'll rent it again when I return to Niterói.

Our stay was very comfortable, we spent memorable days with our family, including a baby and my 95-year-old grandmother. The house is wheelchair accessible and has a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor. The suite is also super comfortable and was big enough to install our baby's portable crib and have a space for her. Ronaldo is super attentive. He cleans the pool every day and gave several useful tips about bakeries and markets that are very close, within walking distance. The location is super safe and you can also walk to the beach. In addition, we were very satisfied with the house and in a new opportunity we would return and recommend it.
