Overall a great experience from start to finish. The apartment is well located and very spacious. Larger than what the photos depict. The concierge was great and the check-in was very easy. We will definitely return in the future!

Very good Estadia, fully met the description of the listing, very safe, clean and with a great infrastructure in the condominium. In addition to everything very well located, close to the beach, with great restaurants by the sea. At the entrance to the neighborhood there is a market, pharmacies, all with easy access. The only addendum is due to the air conditioning machines that stay inside the apartment, which causes a certain nuisance in the matter of noise for those staying in the single dormitory, but nothing that makes the stay difficult.

My family and I had a great vacation and a wonderful week at Leonardo's apartment. The neighborhood is very quiet and calm, the condominium has several children's areas, swimming pools and private areas. There is also a cafe on the premises. And most importantly, the view from the window is simply amazing. The apartment is new and matches the photos exactly. I highly recommend it for a stay. It was a great pleasure to meet Leonardo. I certainly recommend it!

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

We were in 5 adults, the apartment accommodated perfectly, everything super according to the images, the condominium is excellent, very clean and organized, the place is beautiful and the reception was wonderful, note 10!! D Neila and Tassiany were very helpful and attentive, we love it and we will come back for sure.

We went with family, correspondent with the photos and information described. The host was super solicit and courteous. We will soon return for a longer stay.

The apartment is a charm, we feel at a beach house at all times, has a lot of stuff and everything was clean and organized. It is close to the beach, with an amazing view of sunset! Although we did not use the facilities of the condominium, which has a lot of things, it drew our attention to having a restaurant at the disposal of the condominium guests. The communal spaces were well maintained and the staff served us well. In addition to being near the beach, which is 5 minutes walking, it also has restaurants, kiosks, malls and nearby galleries, so there is a schedule for all tastes, as well as the availability of cars and deliveries by app. Finally, Fabiana helped us by taking doubt and enabling self check-in since we would arrive late, gave several tips about the place and served us well! We leave there already wanting to return. We highly recommend!

Very good and quiet location in a residential neighborhood, super close to the beach and safe. On a nearby street, there is an establishment worth having coffee and lunch: Morada Coffe. The apartment is on the ground floor, but there is no flow of people in front of the window, the air conditioning was working perfectly and the cleaning lady is to be congratulated, everything was clean. I would just leave 3 tips here to make the accommodation even better: 1- put extensions or T-type sockets in the apartment, the only one we found to charge cell phones and/or any other electronics is on top of the kitchen sink 2- clothesline, I would say this item is urgent mainly because it is a beach apartment, there is nowhere to let anything dry 3- place a hook on top of the bathroom sink to leave the face towel, this way it avoids wetting the floor when using the face towel that necessarily needs to be hung behind near the shower

Our experience at Alvimar's apartment couldn't have been better! In addition to the space being great, super well equipped, clean and comfortable, the building is very safe, modern and well located. The neighborhood is great, quiet and very family-friendly! And what about the host's hospitality? Alvimar was very attentive and helpful. I wish I could have stayed longer to enjoy it more, but I'll definitely be back other times.

Wonderful - I've never stayed in such a good AP on Airbnb. Genivaldo responds promptly, the place is charming. Quiet, relaxing. The whirlpool is addictive and the breakfast view is poetic. I give a tip to those who are reading this review and are going to stay: bring repellent. It's not Genivaldo's fault, a space with an ocean nearby and well-planted is susceptible to mosquitoes. But it's not a problem, it's just a tip, I took my repellent and it was great! Anyway: I would go back a thousand and a thousand times, it was sublime!!!

Great apartment, description and pictures are accurate. Very nice amenities (pool, gym, etc) in the condominium, large covered parking garage, and easy access to the beach. The area/neighborhood seemed very safe and appeared to be a popular spot for joggers. Excellent communication from the host, friendly and very quick to respond. Host was flexible, and in-person check in/out was extremely easy. Apartment was very clean on arrival. Mattresses were a little firm for me, but that's typical for Brazil. I would definitely recommend, and would stay here again.

I was surprised by the accommodation. Super new apartment, very fragrant, clean, organized. It has everything: coffee maker, iron, hairdryer, mixer, stove, oven… I went with my baby and it was very comfortable. The outdoor space is not even mentioned. Technological building, it even has a charming cable car to get around between buildings, very safe. The pool was the BEST. I wish I could have stayed longer, I left with a taste of wanting more. Beatriz is super friendly, accessible, proactive, excellent host. Anyway… perfect place, I recommend it without a doubt.
