Vacation rentals with beach access in Niterói

The apartment has a spectacular view of the sea, better than in the photos. In spite of the rainy weekend, we were able to enjoy the waterfront and the surroundings, with good restaurants, a shopping mall in the neighborhood and a mall nearby. The apartment has everything needed for a quiet and comfortable stay, very spacious, a huge balcony, with plenty of comfortable kitchen, bed and bed and smart TV. Fabiana offered full support, responded quickly, and the listing is true to what it offers. The condominium has good facilities and a restaurant I used for the self service lunch, with a fair and reasonable pound value. Car spaces are not marked, but there are many, it is quite quiet to park. I hope to return soon.

I had a good stay in the apartment of Stevan. The apto's location makes it much easier to move to other regions of Niterói or to Rio. The building is old and the premises are simple, but all clean. The host is very attentive, flexible and has great communication.

The house has ample space, comfortable beds, kitchen with good utensils and wonderful view. The outdoor area is great. The Ivanildo that takes care of the outside area and the dogs is extremely attentive. O Carlos who received us was a 10. Dogs are a separate experience. Docile, affectionate and captivating village. We even use public transportation, which is very good and free, to go to dinner. Because it is old, the house is in need of some maintenance. On the right side of the house there are two kiosks serving snacks and lunch. The experience was very enjoyable. Thank you for your welcome.

I want to keep it registered, that my stay was wonderful, the hosts welcomed us very well, super cozy, gave us tips from restaurants and establishments in general. In the residence all very clean, organized, I felt at home. The spectacular pool, always clean. We had a great experience at Luciana's house. The duplex is very well located, with comfortable accommodations and a complete space, which includes everything from kitchenware to quality bedding. Everything was extremely clean, smelling and organized, providing a very enjoyable atmosphere. The hostess was extremely helpful and maintained great communication throughout the stay. An example of this was when we had a problem with the air conditioning: in a matter of minutes, Luciana triggered a reliable electrician, who quickly resolved the situation. My family and I feel very welcome and undoubtedly consider going back in the future. I recommend your stay!

The experience was great, the description of the apartment is perfect, the location is very good for walks, market, bars and restaurants, near the beach, quiet nights of sleep. We did not have the honor of meeting the hostess in person but the apartment gives signs to be a good person.

The apartment is in a very safe, organized condominium with great structure and facing the sea. The neighborhood is great, quite safe and has bakery, pharmacy, market and other establishments. Region Optimum! The pool is outstanding. Camboinhas beach has several cool kiosks, and the sea is good for bathing. I highly recommend it!
