Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Nipomo

This is our first time traveling to Arroyo Grande, just because of this house. My family has 4 adults, 1 kid, and 1 large dog. So I booked this house due to it is "pet friendly" and it has a pretty backyard according to the pictures. We fell in love with it immediately when we arrived it! The inside, front yard, and backyard were all contemporary style and designed professionally. All the electronics are modern and function very well. My husband enjoyed turning on the music and could hear it everywhere around the house. Cory prepared snacks, bowls, and blankets for the dog, so he could sleep in the house but away from furniture and carpet. My son and our dog run a lot in the backyard, and the whole family had a sweet night hanging outside as well. The local restaurants/coffee shops and shopping stores recommendation list is very helpful. We saved a lot of time on searching when we needed them. Overall, I feel it is worth every penny that I spend! I highly recommend it!

We had a great time at Jai’s place. It was close enough to downtown that we could walk. Coffee/cafe close by. We felt right at home. Because of rainy weather we couldn’t use the outside amenities.

I had an amazing stay at Whitney's home! The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and incredibly comfortable. The location was perfect - a short drive to the stunning coastline I loved relaxing in the backyard, which was a peaceful oasis. I can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking to explore San Luis Obispo.

We'd stay here again. Nice if traveling with a pup like we did because there are dog bowls, paw cleaning station and dog blankets. -Really thoughtful things. Great to have the yard for the dog to sniff around off leash. Appreciated the coffee and coffee maker. The home was spacious feeling. Street parking on this quiet street was a breeze. Also, so close to Cal Poly San Luis Obispo.

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

Michele was a great host and super responsive when we needed her! She was very helpful when we needed it. The place was just perfect for what we needed. Couldn’t thank Michele enough for being an amazing host!

We had a wonderful time at this home in Avila. Very comfortable house with a great location near the beach. The house was fully stocked with kitchen and beach items, and was very easy to “settle into.” Hot tub was a big plus. While there were only three of us, the house could easily accommodate many more. We will be back.

Diane’s Edna Valley retreat is an excellent place for a central coast R&R getaway. The home is spacious and comfortable with ample outdoor patio space, parking, and stocked with everything you may need. The place is near the golf course, making an after coffee walk very accessible. We would not hesitate staying here again (if she is able to host us), and I hope you can too!

This is a cute little place in a nice location in Morro Bay. It's very walkable to shops and restaurants and parking is easy. A few things to note- the bedroom with one queen bed is quite small so the door did not close because the bed was blocking it. The $145 cleaning fee is also very high, especially if you only stay one night.

Great place, great view,and great host. we loved every minute of our stay. The view of the bay and seals talking all night was amazing. Host were great, answered all questions promptly. home was roomie and spotless. only thing I was not prepared for is one room is down the hall no door and the other you need to walk through the other room to get to bathroom or living room. it was our anniversary and my brother was staying with us and we were hoping for some private time. It was fine though we had a good time. Thank you Matt and Toni we will be back one day I hope.

Convenient location near the ocean and local restaurants. Great views of the ocean from the living room and I enjoyed the cool breeze while relaxing on the balcony. Great hosts and would stay again.

This place was so cute and comfortable to stay in. It has that cottage feel and is very cozy and private. Outside is a patio area that you can sit in to enjoy the sun during the warmer weather. Location is very ideal if you want to do quick trips to SLO, Pismo, Avila or head south to Solvang. Sylvia was very helpful and quick to answer questions about the place. I really recommend staying here for a central coast getaway!

We truly enjoyed our stay at the Magnolia Cottage. The cottage was just what we needed and we appreciated the fact that we were able to have our dog. That meant so much to us. The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. I felt right at home. The gardens on the property were out of this world! We enjoyed walking around them so much and everything was meticulous. Our host Harvey was amazing! He was so friendly and welcoming! He gave us so much information about the property which we appreciated. He is a wealth of knowledge about the area and history of Lompoc. Overall, our stay was great and we would highly recommend and love to return!

Trish and Terry were great at being friendly, communicative and welcoming. We even shared some nice cycling stories when we discovered that shared interest. The place was just what we were looking for - and plan to return!

Super sweet studio apartment. Something small and sweet with plenty of walkable activities around the town. Friendly faces and sincerely the sweetest host! My significant other and I had a lovely time for new years getting to relax around and be cozy, while also being immersed in the cute town of Morro Bay. Plenty of activities, stores and restaurants to choose from. I’d recommend stopping here at their place for a few days or to get out of town for the weekend from daily life. I really loved it and would love to come back again! Thank you!

Great little spot. Walking distance to many places and a small hike too! Very clean inside. We lived sitting on the deck up top.

This was such a rare find for us. We’re regulars at the Pismo Beach Clam Festival, and it was amazing to be just a few steps away from the festival, the pier, the beach, and perhaps most of all, Giuseppe’s! My 90+-year-old in-laws were very comfortable, and particularly enjoyed watching the sunset from the rooftop patio. Superb!

This property has an awesome location - just steps from the beach. What really stood out was how responsive the host is. We checked in just before midnight as we were stuck in traffic but she stayed up to make sure we got in all right. Whenever we had a question, she was quick to respond. Thank you for a great stay!

Wonderful stay at this beautiful place. We loved the decor! It was beachy cool and comfortable. The bathrooms were very nice. The shower and tub in the master were amazing 🤩. The open concept kitchen was perfect for gathering and the sliding doors open up the whole place for indoor/outdoor living. Not to mention the roof with a hot tub and ocean views. We think this place was a gem!!!Definitely worth the price and we would highly recommend for a family with two kids that need their own space 🙄 or 3 couples. Everything is a short drive away and there are so many options for dining but honestly we didn’t want to leave the place! If you’re thinking about booking this place do it!!!

We spent the entire week saying, "This is SOOOOO nice!" to each other over and over. The condo is perfection -- you can tell that the building and all the details were well-built and thoughtfully considered. The murals throughout the condo are really special. And the beds and bedding were SO comfortable! The heated floors in the bathroom were amazing on chilly mornings. We loved having the garage (made storing surf boards so much easier!), the elevator (no lugging suitcases up stairs), and washing machine, and the kitchen was well-equipped enough that we cooked half of our meals there. Not to mention the beach being right outside the door - the condo is in a perfect spot to walk outside and surf, lounge, or beach comb. We walked down the beach to the butterfly park every day. We go to Pismo a few times a year and will definitely book Jatinder's lovely home again!

Michelle was a wonderful host! She communicated well and the location was perfect. We will definitely be back! My teenage daughter’s loved the pool and we took lovely walks with the dog. We are very familiar with the area so we did not ask for recommendations but I would have not hesitated to ask her if I had a question. Thank you Michelle for a lovely stay!
