We can’t wait to go back! Raelyn was extremely responsive, helpful, and kind and the house was A+. The home was prime for entertaining with lots is fun books for everyone to hang—whether that be in the pool, on the decks or in the living room. The views of the lake were stunning!

David greeted us upon arrival and, after that, we had privacy in the two-story guest house...which is the size of many homes! The mattresses were so comfortable that my wife wants to know where to get one. The views are lovely, plenty of space for the 4 of us and 3 bathrooms! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again...

Our stay at this beautiful Airbnb was truly enchanting. The home itself is warm and inviting, with every comfort thoughtfully provided—the kitchen is remarkably well stocked, and every room is prepared with care and intention, making it feel like a true home away from home. The outdoor space, however, is what made this visit unforgettable. The yard is a haven—anchored by a spectacular eucalyptus tree that feels almost sacred in its quiet majesty. The gentle rustling of its leaves, paired with the joyful flutter of countless birds that visit the property, created a serene soundtrack to our days. The view of the rolling green hills from the house is simply breathtaking—a perfect backdrop for morning coffee or golden hour conversations. Our children were in heaven with the pool, spa, and thoughtfully curated collection of sports equipment—there was always something fun and active for them to enjoy. Meanwhile, we found ourselves deeply relaxed, soaking in the natural beauty and peacefuln

This place was amazing! All my guests admired the small details, from the bar accessories to the spacious living room and the rooms themselves. We had a fantastic time overall and would definitely recommend it for large gatherings. The hot tub was the cherry on top, and the outdoor fireplace kept us warm in the evening. Highly recommend!

Hillary’s place was absolutely beautiful—peaceful, cozy, and surrounded by incredible scenery. There were so many amazing wineries nearby, which made the whole experience even better. We had such a great time and can’t wait to come back again soon!

The property is well managed, the kitchen was well stocked, and the pool and hot tub were amazing. Probably our favorite Airbnb rental ever.

Laurie is an amazing host that was readily available when I had questions and left us lovely notes and instructions when we arrived. The home is beautiful and great for a week or weekend getaway with family or friends. My family loved the place and there were no complaints. We would definitely select this location again and we recommend it to anyone who wishes a lovely stay.

We had a nice, short stay at this property. The home was clean, functional, and had everything we needed for a quick trip. It was a comfortable place to return to after spending the day out exploring the area. Communication with the host was smooth, and check-in was easy. Great location, close to Cal Poly. Looks like the photos, good amount of space and nice outdoor areas. Laundry was a bonus. Very clear instructions and hosts are responsive, when needed. Would highly recommend!

I spend a lot of time in the area and the accomodations at this beach house were superior! Will definitely return. Very nice home.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was super comfortable, clean, and spacious. Michael and Eleanor were great hosts as well, super kind and responsive.

My children and I loved our stay. It was cozy and the beds were so great to sleep in as well as linens. We loved it! Felt like home. Another plus, were the washers and dryers available to use. We stayed longer than a week and it made it easier and faster to do laundry with 2 washers and dryers available. Amber was very prompt at responding and fixing a couple of issues I encountered during our stay. I would definitely recommend and come back.

Judy met us at check in and she was friendly and pleasant to talk too. She stays on site in a separate area of the property. Although she was available by phone at any time that you needed her, she was out of site the whole stay. Check in was very easy as was checkout. The property was in a great neighborhood and was close to downtown Orcutt, where we dined out a lot. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in the area. Great restaurants and wineries.

The property is amazing and the house had everything we needed. It was a great place to catch up with old friends we had not seen in a while!

Highly recommend staying here when traveling to SLO! We loved how cozy yet spacious the place was and especially enjoyed the outdoor area. Cindy is a very thoughtful host who made extra effort to have the place set up to welcome our toddler with toys, a high chair, and everything else we could have needed. The neighborhood is lovely- quiet and scenic but centrally located.

Beautiful home, when writing this review one of the questions were was this home accurately described and matched the pictures I will say the pictures did NOT due this home justice. I mean this home was beautiful and colorful rooms were way bigger than the pictures. The outside was very peaceful. Everyone in my group immediately said it was such a beautiful home. The hosts were welcoming and very informational… they were not overwhelming like other hosts they truly allowed us to be free in the home.

Had an amazing long weekend at the property! Was able to fit our entire group of 12 and was nice that the guest house came with a full kitchen setup. The property was beautiful and it was fun passing by the alpacas on the way out each day. Note that the walk to the guest house is a little steep if you have any older people staying at the guest house. It was located in a secluded area, but was close to Pismo and SLO where we were splitting our time. There was also a Trader Joe’s and Walmart conveniently not far from the property. Would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking in the area!

This is one of the nicest AirBnbs that I have had the pleasure of renting. It is located in an amazingly serene area right next to a winery. It's a lovely house, and beautifully appointed. We loved the local wildlife including peafowl, deer, and wild turkeys. Kathryn was a fabulous host.

Our stay with Jen was amazing! A girlfriend and I decided to do an impromptu overnight staycation in Los Alamos and we couldn’t be happier with the Heritage House. My bestie is a photographer and loved how every square inch was insta-worthy and photoshoot ready. I think my favorite part of the house is the clawfoot tubs - I’m a sucker for a good bathtub and will plans stays around one. The house itself is adorable and has been remodeled with a ton of charm and character, the attention to detail stood out from the second we stepped in the door. Everything was spotless and the beds were super comfy. It is walking distance to all the best local spots, we popped over to Bob’s for breakfast. Overall we couldn’t be happier with the stay and will definitely be back!

The house was so beautiful, and Melissa was very nice. The house has everything you need and more. We had an amazing stay! It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to restaurants and shops. Melissa always responded quickly when I had questions. I would definitely recommend staying at her lovely home and would definitely want to stay there again.

Literally the best AirBnB I’ve ever rented! The place exceeded all expectations. It was a great place to have all of our friends together! Love the home and the backyard was perfect to have people hang out in. Loved the balcony patio as well.
