Easy access to the 101 FWY-only 2 miles from 101, and scenic Highway 1. Close to golf at Monarch Dunes, Black Lake, Cypress Ridge. Pismo, Avila, and Grover Beaches just a short drive. Cal Poly is 25 mins, with Hearst Castle, wine country in Edna Valley, Paso Robles and Santa Ynez easy for a day trip.
