Beautiful apartment, clean, carefully decorated, well-equipped and close to the center. Instructions for our arrival were clear and accurate. Charlotte was always very responsive and kind. We would definitely recommend this apartment.

We had a great time at Marie-Laure's, a beautiful apartment with all the comforts and ideally located for reaching the pedestrian streets of La Rochelle. A special mention for the very secure and comfortable parking location 2 steps from the accommodation! I would obviously recommend it.

a small haven of peace! a perfect moment of disconnection in a top accommodation. very comfortable and pleasant bedding, all the necessary amenities, located in a quiet place. a good night's rest! and what a pleasure to enjoy the jacuzzi and steam room! everything was perfect. Very nice and friendly host.

Very nice accommodation, well designed, beautiful space. Terrace and this beautiful veranda super nice. The only negative point and perhaps to be specified is the fact that there is no TV. Because we were with elderly people and indeed if the day we were active in the evening we would have enjoyed and they especially the TV. Maybe plan an extra concert available a little tight in bad weather. Each bedroom has its own super nice bathroom as well as toilet.

Apartment ideally located on the Port des Minimes with sea view. Large free parking lot in front of the building. Loggia with harbor and sea views. Bakery at the foot of the residence. Quentin is welcoming, thank you for the welcome gift
