The grounds the cottage are located in are surrounded by a large moat which contains unprotected deep water. Unsuitable for young unsupervised children.

Located in the south of Deux-Sèvres, close to Niort (+ beautiful market in France 2024), its Poitevin marsh (20 min), Zoodysée and TERRA AVENTURA (10 min), La Rochelle (45 min), Futuroscope and Puy du Fou (about 1.5 hours). Garden side: you can enjoy the terrace with two atmospheres. A seating area with a corner sofa and a dining area on a beautiful terrace overlooking the pool and equipped with a bioclimatic pergola. A kitchen equipped with a piano, dishwasher, large fridge.

In a green setting, we offer a quiet, warm, autonomous loft, a few steps from the city center, close to shops and 20' walk from the SNCF train station. We have preserved the authenticity of the place and provide a complete service (linens, cleaning, hot drinks, private parking for your bicycles or motorcycles only, firewood...). In 40 m² we can accommodate 1 to 4 people independently (one 160 cm bed, one 130 cm sofa bed).
