Beware of the staircase which is difficult to manage with large luggage. The rest is great. I recommend it.

Weekend in Niort with two children, the apartment is conveniently located 5 min walk to the train station and is a stone's throw from the Brèche. It is very well equipped and even has toys for children! Gwenaëlle was very available, we will definitely come back on an upcoming visit to Niort.

We arrived a little late , we had previously warned Lionel . Everything went very well, the welcome was very friendly, the accommodation was very pretty and in a magical setting. The stay was peaceful and quiet , recommended.

My little girl and I had a great time in this very nice furnished, arranged and decorated studio with great taste and cleanliness where there is nothing to complain about. Thank you Antoine and Clémence for hosting us and your kindness. We'll be happy to come back. The place is in a great location and quiet for visiting the area.

Very nice stay. The apartment is located in a quiet and relaxing area. Essentials are there to help you out. In addition, the accommodation is located close to several shops, restaurants, bakeries etc. It is really very convenient.

Small attic accommodation, suitable for a short trip for 2. Fully matches the photos: almost new accommodation and equipment, space optimized to the maximum. One or two more hooks in the living room and in the bathroom would be welcome. The street below is busy but the noise is limited in the apartment. Self check-in and checkout using access codes.
