Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Niort

Marjorie was very welcoming when we arrived, the accommodation is located about 15/20 minutes from the Ile de Ré and 20 minutes from La Rochelle, in a small cul-de-sac very quiet a few steps from the sea. Very clean accommodation with everything you need, we felt really good there! We'll be happy to go back.

We were looking for a peaceful place in the countryside for a family weekend. We found happiness at Stéphanie's. From grandparents to grandchildren, everyone enjoyed it. The garden is lovely. There are games for children. The house is spacious and very well-equipped. The jacuzzi was very enjoyable. There are activities nearby but remember to have a vehicle: Vouvant, Mervent forest, Parc de Pierre Brune, Zoo... We loved our weekend. Stéphanie is very welcoming and flexible on schedules.

Thank you, Cédric, for offering your space. It is a real setting for resting surrounded by nature and silence. The jacuzzi is a real plus. (a joy to forget the hassles of everyday life) The accommodation itself is spacious, bright and clean. And again, thank you Cédric for being responsive to our questions. In any case, don't hesitate to rent this Airbnb, it's amazing. The price is more than reasonable for the quality of the environment and accommodation.

We had a lovely stay at Nadège's place. It is close to both the beach and La Rochelle. In addition, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

We strongly recommend this little nest to rest. Feel a bit like home, it's sober and relaxing. Have a strong invitation to spend a few days there, personally I would go back!

Thank you for hosting us in your charming Longère, as well as the little extras such as champagne and sausage which by the way were very good. We had a great night. Very comfortable bedding, in addition to the size of the bed, which is really very nice. Very clean accommodation. Super well-equipped kitchen. Very clean hot tub, the only "negative" point (if you can call it that) is that it could have been a little bit warmer. After that, it didn't stop us from enjoying it. Accommodation as seen on the listing. A real place to meet as a couple. Very pleasant stay in a beautiful accommodation, very well equipped that matches the listing description. Jonathan is very responsive. We were unable to close the pool so as not to waste electricity on heating the air.

Very nice tastefully decorated house in a very quiet neighborhood. The center of La Rochelle is a 15-minute walk away. François rents his house, in the pure spirit of the original airbnb, it's becoming rare and it's a change from the sanitized accommodation of "professionals"!

Lovely relaxed stay in this house. The swimming pool was much appreciate, especially as the weather turned warmer (hot!) Such a quiet, rural part of France, but with major town, shops and restaurants within easy reach.

Awesome weekend in this beautiful home. We thank Nicole for her warm welcome and for the welcome gift. Great place to spend a moment with children and grandchildren who loved the pool and jacuzzi. Our stay with Denis went well. He was able to listen to our needs. The accommodation is equipped with UK outlets, Denis offers two adapters and a power strip. Saleignes' quiet was nice! Thank you Denis!

Pascale's cabins offer us a stay full of disconnection. Located in the middle of nature, you can only be touched by this atypical environment, admire the view and enjoy the surrounding fauna and flora, from the terrace in a comfortable chair, or on a deckchair in the grass. The cabin is charming, perfectly furnished, full of small touches and details. And cozy as you like! And what about the Nordic bath? A great discovery for us! Perfect for couples or families to enjoy on the terrace and relax at sunset. Hopefully you'll see a hedgehog and/or a squirrel pass by. Pascale is warm, caring and very responsive in exchanges! In short, we can only recommend that you experience this Nordic cabin at least once...
