very nice cozy accommodation in a medieval house that has kept its character. Very exotic Perfect for a family reunion. The cold didn't allow us to enjoy the garden, too bad! the relationship with Carole was effective and simple.

At Claire and Cédric's, you immediately feel at home (but better!) with the neat 50s decor, a nice little garden with a large table on the terrace which we enjoyed in the evening, in peace! Comfortable and recent equipment, you can cook good dishes, and the two bathrooms and toilet are spacious and the shower is great! Note the incredible cleanliness of the house, which we want to pamper. In the evening ( or by the time of the siesta) let your eyes hang out in the beautiful library (made by Cédric, by Charlotte Perriand influence) and settle into the comfortable chair to read a good book or comic. We spent 15 days in this haven of peace in the middle of a heat wave in the coolness of the house. The mezzanine (master bedroom) is certainly less fresh but the fan is efficient. The house is located close to the center and the famous market which takes place 3 times a week. As for Rochefort, a white city of history, its location allows the discovery of the Charente Maritime. On the sea side, remember to go around the island Madame, accessible in low tide. Finally, Claire is very communicative and attentive to your well-being. In short, a great place to recommend!

Very close to the pretty little town of Marans, well-equipped rental, quiet and well located for discovering the Marais Poitevin as well as La Rochelle and the Atlantic coast. During our stay, Sylvestre was very friendly, very attentive and responsive when we encountered some wifi problems.

A very friendly host, a nice and clean place. - we have over the last 4 - 5 years regulary used air-bnb places in Europe, this stands positive out, due to the very friendly and helpsome host, together with the clean house, and more than well equiped kitchen, - and VERY kind gifts in the fridge and on the table at arrival. This together with an informative file for the guests, with all necessary info. - If we plan to visit the town again, we will surely use this address. 👍

The house is large, comfortable and beautifully decorated, it is located on a quiet street and offers all the necessary amenities. The rooms are spacious and the bedding is quality, the kitchen is perfectly equipped. We had a great time at this house, I would recommend it without hesitation.

Absolutely fabulous stay at La Maison Cajou! The accommodation is of incredible beauty, decorated with great taste, everything is refined, warm and perfectly thought out for the comfort of the guests. The welcome was exceptional: caring, caring, all in simplicity and generosity. In addition, the house is ideally located in the center, only 3 minutes walk from the Old Port, close to the market and all amenities, on a pedestrian street, which guarantees absolute calm. We had a lovely stay with the family (grandparents/parents/children) at Janny's apartment. Atypical apartment, pleasant and functional, where everyone found their space. The terrace is a plus! We were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the accommodation being in a very good location.

Amazing accommodation, tastefully decorated and located in a pleasant setting. Ideal for meeting with girlfriends, activities on site (boat, walks along the water, restaurant with themed evenings), close to Niort and La Rochelle. An outdoor area suitable for sunny days with a pool to cool off. I highly recommend it and would definitely go back to Véronique's home!
