Great apartment with plenty of outside space and everything thing you need for your stay. Good location for ferry or walk to La Rochelle but if you want to stay local there is a great beach and plenty of restaurants.

Very convenient, 10 minutes by bus from the city center (bus downstairs from the building) and 20 minutes on foot. 5 minutes from the port and Minimes beach. Reserved parking space. Very friendly welcome and availability from Melody. Very good explanations. Everything was perfect. Ideal for spending a few days in La Rochelle.

The accommodation is easily accessible from the boulevard. Its main advantage is its proximity to the path along the coast. Ideal for walking after a day of work.

The accommodation is in a very good location, very pleasant, very functional and close to the center which is very easily accessible on foot. We would recommend it in a second and will be happy to go back for a future stay in La Rochelle!

I have traveled a lot in all humility, I never felt a little bit of home in this accommodation, everything is available absolutely everything, clean sheets, duvets, cushions in their protectors, cooking utensils from the teaspoon to the can opener to the pancake pan! kettle, coffee machine, ☕ nothing is missing. I had a nice meeting, Amélia is a little ray of sunshine, a beautiful person, very responsive, available, dynamic, of great kindness that's what makes her strong, I congratulate the choice of the person whom the host has trusted, I hope to come back and be received again in the same way! very nice and accommodating hosts. Very nice and clean accommodation. very good stay at this property. A little far from the city center but various. modes of transport to reach it very quickly (bus and bus boat in 1/4 hour and on foot it takes 1/2 hour walk) i recommend it.

Short stay for 3 with a 3 year old. We had a pleasant stay, the apartment was just perfect. We have done everything on foot (visit the Old Port, aquarium, etc. ). Underground parking is a real plus. Philippe is very responsive, attentive and left us full of documentation about what we can do and visit in La Rochelle. Many thanks for everything and we recommend this apartment if you want to stay in La Rochelle for a few days with the family.

Great stay at this place which is very clean, comfortable bedding, well equipped. Communication with Maryse is top notch, responsive host, and very clear instructions. The environment is superb. Beautiful walk down the home that runs along the sea. A short walk away is the Port des Minimes with access to La Rochelle on foot, by bike or by sea bus. Everything was impeccable!! We'll be happy to go back.

An excellent studio located about 25-30’ walk to the old town. Easy access and parking and access to a swimming pool onsite. The studio is small but well designed and optimised for the space. The AC is not a wall unit and is very noisy. We therefore needed to open the door to the terrace and there was a lot of noise in the apartments opposite from young men having a party till 2am each night. With ear plugs we were fine. We were very happy with the apartment otherwise and recommend the host.

Welcoming host. The place matches the description and is great for a vacation. To have a parking space, allowed us to leave our car safe and do everything by bike.
