Fantastic location - steps from the beach. Beautiful setup and lots of thoughtful amenities for a family. Comfy beds. Plenty of room for dining and laptopping. Planning to rebook our next trip to Newport Beach.

Great Location - house extremely well stocked - house was very clean & bright - house layout was fantastic for our family of 12 persons - great kitchen for cooking - street side parking was always close by and convenient - It worked very well for us - 👍👍

Ideal location in prime CDM, a well designed floor plan, premium features, and hosts that are most responsive and attentive. Excellent experience all around!

Justin was easy to work with and quickly responsive. Super clean and comfortable beds. Big living space so great hang out room. Great outside deck for dinner. Quick walk to the beach.

We loved our stay. The place is very clean with an easy, short walk to the beach. The boardwalk is less than a block away allowing for beautiful Oceanside walks to the pier to Balboa Island. We appreciated the included parking spot as well. We had a great time and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family.

We had an amazing stay! The resort offered so many activities, beautiful pools, and was just steps from the ocean. Everything was gorgeous, both inside and out. The room was clean, well-stocked, and had everything we needed. Bethany was wonderful — easy to communicate with, very helpful, and always responsive. Any small needs we had were quickly taken care of by the resort staff as well. It was truly a perfect vacation. We would absolutely love to come back!

Great stay! There is everything you could possibly need for a beach stay. Pam was so helpful and had lots of good suggestions. The location was perfect. Just a block and a half from the beach and the neighborhood was quiet. Bed was super comfy and the space was perfect. Didn’t use the patio much but that also was a nice addition. Will def be staying again!!

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

We had such a wonderful visit to this home & island. It’s so unique and we truly felt like we were “islanders” during our stay. It met our needs perfectly and we enjoyed having the Dutch doors open & patio to relax on. We biked to the ferry & explored the peninsula. Good food & vibes at Mutt’s Lynch. We also drove down to Laguna to the 1000 steps beach, so pretty! Stopped at Trader Joe’s for salads & snacks. Crystal Cove and dinner at the Beachcomber took us back in time- don’t miss this!

I have no hesitation giving this property a 5 star review. From the moment we booked, to checking out, our Host Tina was terrific. She made the entire process easy, and her communication before, during, and after our stay was top notch (we even got to meet her in person as we were leaving). As so many previous guests have already stated, the location is perfect. Great restaurants, shops, art galleries, a Ralph’s and Whole Foods market, and the beach, are all within easy walking distance. Although there is a car port you won’t need a vehicle because the best of Laguna Beach is literally a few minutes away. The ocean view is the cherry on top, of course, but the unit also comes with beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, plenty of bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, etc. The kitchen is more than adequate if you feel like cooking although you are literally surrounded by some of Laguna Beach‘s finest dining. Such a beautiful home. Celebrated my moms 60th birthday at the beach and got to relax and unwind in the balcony & in the cozy living room. All the rooms were clean and comfortable. We look forward to visiting again!

We had the best time in this little gem of an apartment. Located in a lovely, quiet residential neighborhood of Aliso Viejo with direkt access to trails, a good connection to the freeway and only few minutes by car to beautiful Laguna Beach. Cari is an exceptional host, very thoughtful and attentive whilst always being mindful of everyone’s privacy. The unit sits tucked away in the lush and green backyard of the main property and allows for a quiet stay and feeling of safety and calm. The unit is fairly small with a tiny kitchenette, but offers everything one can need to handle daily life. Very thoughtfully equipped to make the most of every square foot, clean and high end appliances. Highly recommend this place - whether that’s for vacation or for seeking a temporary home.

We had a great time at Roger’s place! The location is fantastic. It’s right across the street from the beach and just a short walk to the pier and all the restaurants and shops. The home itself is very clean and comfortable. Enough room for my husband and I and 4 teenagers to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. The home is stocked with everything needed, including lots of beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards and board games. Communication with Roger was excellent. We would not hesitate to stay here again!

This unit within Hamilton Cove has been our best vacation yet. The views from the balcony were stunning. The entire unit felt clean and was very spacious for me and my now wife. The golf kart was a plus - it was a short 5-8 minute ride into downtown. Hosts were responsive. Definitely will be coming back to stay here again!!

This is our second year staying and we love it every time!!! The place is beautiful and so peaceful. We love all the amenities and it was so easy to get in and out. Communication with Sharon and Justin were amazing! Thank you! We will be back again next year!!!

Only recommendation Let people know cant get in till 4 exactly. Got there at 3.57. Combinations did not work until 4. Everything else great

We had a great stay! The apartment was lovely and comfortable. It was near to places and people that we wanted to see while there. Cynthia was a very helpful and friendly host!

My family and I have an amazing stay here in this beautiful home. Kristi was so quick with responses to any questions. We will definitely be returning.

The place is so peaceful and steps away from the beach. As other reviewers have mentioned, can hear the sound of the waves from the space. Sheryl is awesome and responsive. The apartment itself is so clean and well-equipped.

The place was great! Perfect location close to the bay, beach and park for the kids. Cindi was super responsive and helpful when we needed it!

Had a nice stay with Megan, the room had the beach nearby and a neighborhood filled with restaurants to enjoy! Even was able to accommodate us an extended check out, and was responsive when I had questions during checking-in. The only thing I would have to nit pick would be that you have to account for parking as a separate added expense during your stay. A nearby parking garage that had a lot of bad reviews of break-in’s swayed me to use the Air Garage nearby across from the crepe place. Other than that, fantastic stay and amazing experience staying here.
