There is a new floor ac unit in the living room in case it gets too warm but temp rarely breaks 80 on Balboa.

We have all the amenities you will need to fully enjoy a vacation in the sun including beach chairs, beach towels, surf boards, kitchen appliances, toiletries & washer / dryer!!
